Singapore, July 20, 2020- During the COVID-19 restrictions on movement, Delta Singapore launched a new employee engagement initiative – Drink & Share. We intended to achieve two objectives:
First, we wanted to create a platform to gather all employees, and allow the management to provide company updates; all employees in return could seek clarification. In light of Covid-19 situation, we have done it virtually but Delta Singapore would become more cohesive if we continue to engage all in the future be it a virtual set up.
Second, we set up a short sharing session by the respective Delta’s business product specialist. The specialist would share about the business milestone, opportunities and how it brought a positive impact to the industry or society. We created this learning opportunity for all employees especially to those non-sales function folks who could visualise how their work is part of the contribution to Delta’s success stories – it is a Delta teamwork!
We covered Delta Smart Farming in the month of May. Employees learned about how Delta’s technology brought an innovative solution to the World of Farming. We definitely looking forward to see this kind of Delta Technology to thrive in Singapore, bringing solutions to this land-scarce little country.
