Dear DET Family,
I hope you are all well and enjoyed the Loy Krathong holidays! This year the significance of the festival is even more meaningful for us because your help in staying safe and productive during this challenging time had helped to prevent the bad from prevailing.
I’m happy to report that our business in Q3 has met expectations thanks to everyone’s hard work. We hope to keep providing value to our customers as we end this challenging year.
Since we started our official DET LINE account, we found it an effective channel to hear your voices and opinions on many parts of life at Delta. Based on your valuable feedback, we took many corrective actions so far and many more are on the way.
Some of the recent projects that have been completed in the past few months are:
- Free Wi-Fi for everyone
- Improving our road conditions around the factory areas
- Improve our canteen cleanliness
- Increasing parking space for motorcyclists
- Improving company transportation safety for our employees
Rest assured that management treats every employee at each DET plant’s constructive feedback with the same priority. And remember that your personal details in the feedback form will be kept absolutely confidential.
Looking forward, DET Management will continue to work closely with the Facility, Human Resource and Employee Relations departments to implement more changes that will enhance the safety and well-being of our employees.
Finally, although the COVID-19 situation is not becoming serious in some regions, let me remind everyone to not let down your guard. Keep wearing masks, washing hands and avoiding crowds. Let’s be careful to protect ourselves and our families.
