Delta Electronics Thailand Shows Support for Border Communities

By DET Corp Comms - Published January 30, 2026

Delta Electronics Thailand has extended humanitarian assistance to communities affected by recent developments along the Thai-Cambodian border during the month of December. The initiative was made possible through contributions from both the company and its employees, reflecting a shared commitment to supporting those facing immediate challenges.

The assistance included essential daily necessities such as drinking water and food, along with medicines and medical supplies. In total, 21 pallets comprising 216 boxes of relief items were donated. Beyond the material support, Delta employees also volunteered their time to pack and deliver the supplies, helping to ensure that timely assistance reached affected families.

Priority was given to vulnerable groups, including children and the elderly, who are often the most impacted when daily routines are disrupted. The initiative helped address immediate needs while offering reassurance and practical care during a difficult period.

Support was provided to communities along the 817-kilometre Thai-Cambodian border, where heightened uncertainty led to precautionary measures and temporary relocations in some areas. These developments disrupted daily life for residents, reinforcing the importance of timely assistance to help individuals and families meet basic needs.

The relief effort was driven by a sense of collective responsibility, with employees, partners, and local communities coming together in support. As we move forward, Delta Electronics Thailand remains committed to ongoing community support, with a continued focus on practical and meaningful assistance during times of need.
