Delta Thailand joined key innovation companies to promote technological and industrial development in Thailand at the opening ceremony of King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL) Innovation Expo 2024.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Victor Cheng, Delta Thailand CEO, said, “Delta is excited to join this event to celebrate our long-standing and deep partnership with KMITL based on our shared passion for engineering excellence and industry-leading innovation for sustainable development. Since 2016, Delta Thailand has worked closely with KMITL to set up the Delta Automation Academy and last year we opened our second Power Electronics Lab at KMITL to share our expertise and technology with Thai engineering talents. We look forward to more collaboration to foster local innovation and talent, especially in Thailand’s advanced electronics and EV industries.”
Dr. Khomsan Maleesi, President of KMITL, presented a special award to Mr. Victor Cheng, Delta Thailand CEO, in recognition of the company’s significant partnership and contribution to developing Thai academic innovation with Delta’s world-class technology.
The KMITL Innovation Expo 2024 aims to bring together professors, students, researchers and industry partners to explore the latest innovations and research results from various departments of KMITL in six technology clusters:

3. Digital & AI
4. Health & Wellness
5. Industry 4.0
6. BCG (Agriculture & Food)
Delta is KMITL’s key industry partner in the Industry 4.0 and Smart City innovation clusters and is a significant technology development pioneer through the Delta Industrial Automation Laboratory and the newly launched Delta Power Electronics Laboratory.
