Team Delta Thailand Transforms Ban Sala School in Surin with 8th CSR Project

Delta spirit of teamwork and generosity was on full display earlier on November as our dedicated employees volunteered for our 8th Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Project of the year!
Our latest major CSR effort brought us to Ban Sala School in Tha Tum District, Surin Province. Over the weekend of Saturday, November 1st to Sunday, November 2nd, 2025, employees, local volunteers, and community members came together to create a safer, cleaner, and more inspiring learning environment for the children of rural Surin.
The project was all about enhancing the school's facilities to boost the students' well-being and academic growth. Our volunteers put in hard work and teamwork, collaborating with the community to renovate and refresh classrooms, repaint walls, repair damaged structures, and improve sanitation facilities. Ban Sala School is a vital cornerstone for education in the area, and our efforts ensure that students, teachers, and parents have a comfortable and supportive atmosphere for community learning.
Our support goes beyond volunteer hours; it shows the power of the Delta family working together. The company provided 150,000 baht to fund renovation materials, and employees and local community members organized a traditional Kathin ceremony, raising an additional 91,716 baht. Together, the volunteers and community raised an impressive 241,716 baht, a testament to Delta’s belief that meaningful change is achieved through shared purpose and community spirit.
The two-day activity strengthened our company culture of volunteerism and social responsibility. Many participants expressed immense pride in being part of a project that directly benefits children and families in need, emphasizing the importance of empathy and shared values.
This successful endeavor marks our eighth CSR project completed in 2025, dedicated to improving schools and community welfare across Thailand. Through these ongoing efforts, we continue to demonstrate our long-term commitment to building sustainable communities and empowering future generations through education.
