Bangkok, Thailand, February 25, 2020–Delta Thailand (DET) HR launched the 2020 International Exchange Program-SEED Project, in collaboration with National Taipei University of Technology to develop and cultivate Thai talents. DET promoted this project to the following top Thai universities:
1. Chulalongkorn University
2. King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang
3. King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok
4. King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi
5. Burapha University
6. Kasetsart UniversityAt each campus, Delta Thailand met with faculty and students to discuss the opportunities for recruiting students. Students who join the program can get excellent internship training at Delta Thailand for 2 months and take professional courses for 2 months at National Taipei University of Technology.
Delta Thailand is cooperating with universities to develop young Thai talent and help them to adapt to the company’s global working environment before they graduate. DET supports the interns with monthly allowance for expenses including accommodation, transportation and a round trip air ticket from Thailand to Taiwan.The internship program already accepted around 90 applicants and selected 24 of these applicants to attend an interview. The final results of the selection process will be announced at the beginning of March 2020.
The best students in this program, will receive scholarships to study a Master degree in National Taipei University of Technology. Scholarship recipients must sign a 2-year contract with Delta Thailand.
