Delta Malaysia took the spotlight at SEMICON Southeast Asia 2026 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on 5 May 2026, showcasing how AI, automation, precision motion, and energy-efficient infrastructure can help power the next generation of advanced semiconductor packaging.

The showcase highlighted Delta’s integrated approach to smart manufacturing, bringing together connected equipment, AI-enabled solutions, precision control, and sustainable infrastructure to help semiconductor manufacturers work faster, smarter, and more efficiently.

For Delta teams, the event was a proud moment. It showed how our technologies are not just individual products, but part of a complete ecosystem designed to solve real manufacturing challenges.

At the booth, Delta presented solutions across three key areas, including precision motion, smart equipment, and AI-enabled manufacturing. These technologies support manufacturers in improving production speed, accuracy, system connectivity, quality control, and overall factory efficiency.

One of the highlights was Delta’s AI Vision Solution for Smart Manufacturing (ACME), shown for the first time at SEMICON Malaysia. The solution uses AI to monitor manual assembly processes in real time, detect errors, support SOP compliance, and provide immediate feedback for correction. In simple terms, it helps turn manual work into a more visible, measurable, and quality-driven process.

Jason Yuan, President, Southeast Asia and Australia & New Zealand, Delta Electronics, said the industry is shifting from focusing on single-machine performance to full-system performance.

“Standalone machines are no longer enough. Equipment needs to be connected, able to communicate in real time, and capable of self-diagnosing issues before they affect operations. What matters now is how quickly systems can be deployed, how reliably they run, and how efficiently resources are used. This is where Delta’s integrated approach delivers real value across the production line.”

SEMICON Southeast Asia 2026 gave Delta another opportunity to celebrate its innovation, teamwork, and commitment to smarter, greener manufacturing. The event highlighted how Delta’s people and technologies are helping shape the future of semiconductor manufacturing across the region and beyond.
