At Delta, our people are at the heart of everything we do. A strong workplace culture is built on creativity, teamwork, and appreciation, and events like our annual Dinner & Dance play a vital role in fostering engagement and strengthening our sense of community. More than just a night of celebration, this event is an opportunity to recognize contributions, encourage camaraderie, and create lasting memories. This year’s Wonderland-themed extravaganza truly embodied that spirit, bringing together over 140 colleagues and leaders for an unforgettable evening of fun, recognition, and connection.

A Night to Remember: The evening was filled with excitement and heartfelt moments, making it one of the most memorable celebrations yet. A standout highlight was the inspiring performance by Faith Music Centre’s Person with Disability (PwD) band. Their captivating music set the perfect tone for an inclusive and joyous evening, reminding us of the power of diversity and unity.
Adding a fresh twist to the event was the introduction of the Best Dressed Table contest, where teams showcased their creativity in full force. From Mario Party characters to Journey to the West, and even Snow White & the Seven Dwarfs, every team brought their own imaginative take on the theme. Seeing each table transformed into a different world of fantasy was nothing short of spectacular!

The evening also provided a special moment to honor our Long Service Award recipients. Their dedication and contributions over the years are the foundation of Delta’s success, and recognizing their commitment was a heartfelt reminder of the strength within our Delta family.

Moments of Magic and Laughter: Laughter, cheers, and friendly competition filled the air as teams vied for the Best Dressed Table award. The energy in the room was contagious, and it was evident that everyone fully embraced the theme, making the night truly magical. Beyond the competition, the joy of colleagues coming together, sharing stories, and celebrating as one team was what made the event truly special.
