Growing Together to Nurture Singapore’s Next Generation of Manufacturing Talent

At Delta, we believe that building the future starts with people. Today, we are re happy to share some great news with our Delta family. Delta Singapore has partnered with Ngee Ann Polytechnic (NP) and other industry partners to co-develop an Industry 4.0/5.0 training line that prepares the next generation for smart manufacturing.

This new training line is designed to look and feel like a real-world factory. It will give students and working professionals hands on exposure to the technologies shaping the future of manufacturing from automation to smart systems. NP will host and manage the facility, making it a shared space for learning, innovation, and applied projects.

Through this collaboration, Delta will contribute our industry experience, technical know how, and insights to help shape how the training line is built and used. Learners will also get opportunities to work closely with industry through internships, staff attachments, and final year projects, tackling real challenges just like we do every day at Delta.

Delta will also take on the role of industry advisor, supporting curriculum development and student engagement, so learning stays aligned with real industry needs.
