DEISG Team Building 2025, Racing Toward Connection

Delta Singapore kicked off an energizing day of teamwork and adventure with “Racing Toward Connection,” a dynamic team-building event that saw 20 spirited teams competing in an app-powered Amazing Race. The experience blended friendly competition, creativity, and collaboration bringing colleagues together in new and memorable ways.

Designed by the HR team, this half-day event encouraged employees from different departments to connect, problem-solve, and share in the thrill of the chase all while building stronger workplace bonds.

Strategy, Spirit, and Surprise
Guided by a mobile app, each team navigated through challenges across the city. From riddles and photo tasks to quirky missions and physical games, the race tested adaptability, teamwork, and quick thinking. Employees discovered new sides of themselves and each other as unexpected strengths emerged along the way.

The excitement peaked with a real-time leaderboard, keeping the energy high as teams watched their rankings shift throughout the event. A standout moment came during the dragon boat challenge, where four teams took to the water in a lively competition, earning cheers, splashes, and bonus points.

Finishing Strong at Level 7
After the race, participants gathered at Delta SG’s Level 7 office, which had been transformed into a vibrant celebration space. There, the teams cooled off with ice cream, enjoyed a group dinner, and swapped stories from the day. The finale a lively bingo session capped off the celebration with laughter and lighthearted fun.
