Hands-On for a Greener Planet: ESG Environmental Project
In the heart of Mulgoa, Penrith, the Sydney team rolled up their sleeves for a day of real environmental action. As part of Delta’s ESG commitment, the team joined forces to remove Lantana camara, an invasive weed classified as a Weed of National Significance in Australia.

The task was no small feat! But through teamwork and determination, the group helped restore balance to local bushlands and protect native biodiversity. The effort directly supports Delta’s sustainability mission safeguarding ecosystems and contributing to a more resilient, greener future for generations to come.

R U OK? Week: Supporting Each Other Every Day
In September, Delta Australia marked R U OK? Week an annual initiative dedicated to mental health awareness and wellbeing. The week brought the team together for activities that nurtured both body and mind.

Each morning began with peaceful yoga sessions to reset and recharge, followed by refreshing walks outdoors and, of course, a few scoops of ice cream to sweeten the day! The week wrapped up with a casual team gathering over drinks a chance to connect, relax, and reflect on the importance of checking in with one another.

The message was clear: asking “R U OK?” isn’t just for one week, it’s a reminder to care, listen, and support each other every day.

Delta Australia’s running enthusiasts laced up their sneakers and hit the ground running in Sydney, Melbourne, and Perth, proudly representing Delta’s values of teamwork, resilience, and community engagement.
Despite the rain and chilly weather, the team’s enthusiasm never wavered. Everyone powered through with smiles and determination, embodying the Delta spirit of perseverance and positivity.
