Delta Philippines Connects Through Fun and Teamwork

Interactive games, acting challenges and plenty of laughter made for a lively get-together with the Delta Philippines team. The gathering gave colleagues a welcome opportunity to step away from their everyday routines and enjoy time together beyond the workplace.

The activities brought a playful side to teamwork, encouraging colleagues to collaborate and try something different. While the games offered opportunities to work together, the acting challenges invited everyone to bring a little creativity and a sense of humor to the occasion. Along the way, there were plenty of shared laughs and opportunities to connect.

Spending time together in a relaxed setting also creates space to get to know the people behind our everyday work conversations. A shared challenge or a funny moment can make it easier to start a conversation, build familiarity and feel more comfortable with one another, connections that can carry into the working day.
