Stronger Together: Delta Singapore Turns Team Spirit into Community Support

Team spirit took on a deeper meaning at Delta Singapore’s recent Annual Team Building, where collaboration extended beyond the workplace and into the wider community.

The event brought colleagues together through team challenges, friendly competition and shared experiences. More than an opportunity to have fun, it encouraged stronger connections and highlighted Delta’s core values in action.

As part of the event, Delta Singapore partnered with Food from the Heart, a local charity supporting families in need. Each team converted its challenge points into essential food care packages, turning the energy and teamwork of the day into practical support for local families.

The initiative was a meaningful reminder that giving back can begin with small actions. By working together towards a shared goal, colleagues transformed their achievements during the team-building activities into something that could make a positive difference in the community.
