Terms and Conditions
Scope:
The Employee Referral Program Policy applies to everyone who refers a candidate to Delta company.
• All employees: Monthly Employees and Delta Daily Employees are eligible for the referral program.
• *Candidate must be hired as A6 to P Level and above only.

Rewards:
• THB 5,000 for the Referee employee A6-A7 Level
• THB 7,000 for the Referee employee S1-S3 Level
• THB 9,000 for the Referee employee S4-S5 Level
• THB 11,000 for the Referee employee P Level and above

Payment conditions:
• Rewards will be paid upon the referee's employee passing probation [after 119 days].

Policy Elements:
1. Employees directly involved in hiring will not be eligible for a referral rewards program to avoid conflicts of interest.
2. The referring employees must be in good standing with the company.
3. The HR Department is not eligible to participate in this program.

Additional rules for rewards:
1. Upon referral candidates pass probation (119 days). We guarantee a reward will be paid to the referrer within the next payroll round (the end of the month).
2. The referrer must register via the provided link. If the information cannot be found, we will not consider paying the rewards.
3. If multiple employees refer the same candidate, only the first referrer who registered using the registration link will receive their referral rewards.
4. Referrers remain eligible for rewards even if the candidate is hired later but will hold the ownership of the candidate only for 1 year.
5. The decision made by the Human Resources department is final.
