Delta Vietnam Turns Up the Energy

Delta Vietnam brought strategy, teamwork, and sustainability together in the first quarter of 2026 with the “Vietnam Go! Delta Grow!” workshop, a lively program designed to strengthen team unity and support future business growth.
The workshop was led by senior leaders, including Jackie, President and Chief Operating Officer of Delta Thailand; Jason Yuan, President of SEA & ANZ; David Nguyen, Country Manager of Vietnam; and Alan Chou, Industrial Automation SEA Head. They shared strategic perspectives, business insights, and inspiring messages with the Delta Vietnam team, helping employees connect the company’s direction with their own roles and actions.
Employees also took part in interactive workshop sessions to exchange ideas and develop action plans together. The atmosphere was active and open, with teams discussing how to turn strategy into execution and how each person can contribute to Delta Vietnam’s next stage of growth.
Beyond the meeting room, the SEA Human Resources team organized engaging team-building activities set against the beautiful backdrop of Ninh Binh. The activities created moments of laughter, trust, and connection, giving employees a chance to know one another beyond daily work.
A green highlight was the CSR activity at Cuc Phuong National Park, where employees came together to plant 100 trees. It was a simple but powerful reminder that growth is not only about business. It is also about caring for society, protecting the environment, and building something lasting together.
