Unlocking Growth, Connection, and Joy Inside Delta’s Book Reading Club

By DET Corp Comms - Published August 29, 2025

At Delta, we believe learning is both a personal journey and a shared experience one that builds bridges between people, sparks innovation, and supports well-being. This belief inspired the creation of the Delta Book Reading Club, an initiative dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.

From its inception, the club has aimed to provide meaningful opportunities for members to share knowledge, strengthen presentation skills, and enhance critical thinking. By exchanging diverse perspectives, colleagues discover new ideas, form stronger bonds, and enjoy moments of relaxation in an atmosphere that supports mental wellness.

A Spotlight Event: “Unlock Happy Workplace” with Roundfinger
A recent highlight for the club was hosting Mr. Sarawut Hengsawad, widely known as Roundfinger, one of Thailand’s most admired writers and motivational speakers. With his signature warmth and wit, Roundfinger engaged over 260 employees, both onsite and online, in an inspiring session on: “Unlock Happy Workplace – Discovering the Key to Success through Happiness,” He encouraged participants to pause, reflect, and examine how happiness shapes professional achievement and personal fulfillment. His stories and insights sparked energetic conversations, introduced fresh viewpoints, and left attendees with a renewed sense of optimism.

Key Takeaways from the Workshop
Employees walked away from the event with actionable ideas and renewed motivation:

  • A redefined view of success – Recognizing that true achievement thrives when supported by emotional well-being and personal satisfaction.
  • Practical habits for workplace joy – Simple, everyday actions that cultivate positivity, from celebrating small milestones to building stronger team connections.
  • Strategies for resilience – Approaches for staying motivated and balanced during challenging periods, turning obstacles into opportunities.
  • Alignment of purpose and work – Clarity on personal values and how to integrate them into professional goals.

These lessons inspired new approaches to collaboration, problem-solving, and workplace relationships, enriching both individual and team performance.
