Highlights of the DET One-Day Engagement Camp: DETERMINATION

At Delta, “Determination” refers to the spirit to strive and complete difficult goals and even rebound in times of adversity to complete our mission. Determination is very important because it enables us to persist in fighting despite the challenges we face and it drives us to march fearlessly ahead with faith until our goals have been achieved.

On November 25, 2022, the Delta SEA Learning and Development Team organized a special training event for employees from DET Plant 4 and the MSBU. More special training events will be organized for colleagues at other locations in the near future.Mr. Kenny, DET4 Plant Manager and Mr. Suwin, MSBU Plant Manager, gave the opening speech to welcome and inspire the attendees.

Everyone enjoyed learning the spirit of Determination and teamwork through fun team building activities. The instructors inspired us to develop a growth mindset that will help us to think and act positively when we feel stuck with a problem.

With this positive mindset, we can be dedicated and determined because we believe that our success is just one-step away and we can do anything as a team!
