Cherishing the Power of Women at Delta

By DET Corp Comms - Published March 30, 2026

Welcome to our bi monthly Delta 360 magazine. This issue celebrates International Women’s Day in Our People section, where we look at women empowerment and the impactful contributions from our female colleagues.

At Delta, women empowerment is more than just talk. It means giving opportunities, creating space, and ensuring equal treatment regardless of gender and job titles. By prioritizing merit over gender, we show that Give to Gain, this year’s theme for International Women’s Day, is in fact already a shared value in Delta and something we practice through our actions.

In addition to Our People feature dedicated to inspiring women’s stories, we are showcasing Delta’s growing regional collaboration and technological leadership and much more.
