This Labor Day, we pause to recognize the hands and minds that shape our world. Across every site and office, it’s the collective strength of our people that drives Delta’s progress. Through challenges and change, our teams continue to innovate, collaborate, and uplift one another turning shared purpose into real impact.

This edition of our magazine is dedicated to the incredible individuals who bring our mission to life. From quiet leaders to bold thinkers, from skilled technicians to sustainability advocates, we spotlight those who exemplify dedication, vision, and a deep commitment to growth. Their stories remind us that every achievement begins with human effort and a willingness to evolve.

In Focus section, Delta Philippines became the first company in the nation to secure PS certification for AC electric vehicle chargers. This milestone marks a critical advancement in the country’s EV landscape, reinforcing public safety and technological reliability. With plans to extend certification to DC chargers, Delta continues to pave the way toward cleaner transportation, backed by a synergy of global engineering and local excellence.

In Up Close section, We meet Mr. Pramote Mora, Delta’s IT Director of Manufacturing. With nearly three decades of service, Mr. Pramote’s career reflects a blend of deep expertise and authentic people-first leadership. Valuing communication and trust over hierarchy or status, he steers digital transformation with composure, clarity, and a strong sense of readiness. His calm, grounded approach inspires confidence and builds strong teams that thrive through collaboration.

In On Site section, Delta’s presence at EGAT’s “Charge Up Your Business” event highlighted the versatility and forward-thinking design of our 22kW EV charger. Led by Mr. Kittisak Ngoenngokngam, Senior Director of Energy Infrastructure Business at Delta Thailand, the Delta Thailand team demonstrated full in-house capabilities, system integration, and alignment with EGAT’s BackEN platform showcasing our role in accelerating electric mobility and supporting national climate goals.

At Sustainability Week Asia 2025, Mr. KK Chong, Head of Sustainable Development at Delta Thailand, emphasized Delta’s progress in energy transition. Delta is taking concrete steps toward a 100% renewable energy future by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2050.

At NEPCON Forum 2025, Mr. Sann Laohakullawudhi, Senior Manager of Industrial Automation at Delta Thailand spotlighted Delta’s expanding influence in smart manufacturing. From implementing advanced tools such as Digital Twin and MES, to building partnerships with leading universities, Delta is investing in both next-gen technology and the people who will shape tomorrow’s industry.

In Our Success section, Delta recently achieved a global first with the launch of the 80 PLUS® Ruby-certified 5,500W server power supply. Manufactured in Thailand, this high-efficiency PSU reaches 97.5% energy efficiency and a 0.99 power factor setting a new industry benchmark. With cutting-edge features like soft-switching and advanced semiconductor components, this solution supports the evolution of high-performance computing and sustainable data infrastructure worldwide.

In CSR section, Delta India is transforming rural education through impactful initiatives focused on improving infrastructure and hygiene in government schools. Projects in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka include new toilets, classrooms, clean water facilities, and safety upgrades, especially to support female students. These efforts reflect Delta’s commitment to inclusive, compassionate development and to creating safe, engaging learning environments that empower India’s youth.

In Fun section, At Delta Australia, Easter was filled with light-hearted fun and team bonding. An energizing egg hunt, complete with hot cross buns and surprise prizes, brought warmth and laughter to the workplace, reflecting Delta’s commitment to creating positive, inclusive environments where people feel connected and valued.

In Thailand, World Environment Day takes center stage through a creative initiative. Employees are invited to share eco-friendly habits and reusable items that help reduce waste in everyday life. This short video encourages practical action and reminds us that sustainability starts with daily decisions and personal responsibility.

In Hotspot section, A recent exploration of Taiwan offered more than sightseeing, it brought a chance to reflect and reconnect. From serene temples to sweeping landscapes and heartfelt interactions with locals, the experience underscored the value of mindfulness, cultural depth, and being present. Taiwan’s blend of tradition and hospitality offers travelers a refreshing perspective and lasting inspiration.

In Townhall section, At the latest Townhall, Delta Thailand CEO Victor Cheng shared timely reflections and plans. He encouraged teams to stay resilient amid seasonal challenges, reinforced the importance of open communication, and outlined continued investments in factory expansion and education.

As we honor Labor Day, we celebrate not only effort and achievement, but the shared values that define us resilience, teamwork, innovation, and care for the environment. Every story in this issue reflects those values in action, across different teams, regions, and challenges.
