This Mother’s Day, we celebrate the many roles’ mothers play in our families, communities, and throughout Delta. Their influence is felt across every part of our airline, where care meets commitment and resilience drives results. Whether balancing family life or leading teams, the mothers among us bring depth, empathy, and strength to all they do.
 
At Delta, we take pride in the fact that most of our workforce is made up of strong and talented women whose dedication powers our success every day. This Mother’s Day, we honor the mothers among us as well as all the women who embody resilience, care, and leadership, both at work, at home and in their communities. Their contributions are the true heart of Delta.
 
In this edition, you’ll find a special interview with one of Delta’s longest-serving employees, a devoted mother who exemplifies hard work and commitment to family.
 
In Focus section, At the Delta ESG Forum 2025, Delta Thailand united leaders under the theme “Collaborating for a Sustainable Thailand,” Highlights included major emissions cuts, 84% renewable energy use, and the introduction of new digital ESG tools. Breakout sessions and expert panels explored policy, innovation, and partnerships to accelerate Thailand’s low-carbon future.
 
In Up Close section, This Mother’s Day, we spotlight Wilailak Fungthanakun, Delta’s Company Secretary and devoted mother of three. With quiet strength and unwavering dedication, she balances corporate leadership with motherhood, leading with empathy, resilience, and love. Her journey is a tribute to all the incredible moms who give their all every day.
 
In On Site section, At Assembly & Automation Technology 2025, Delta Thailand showcased smart, sustainable factory solutions. Key highlights included Delta’s Digital Twin system, cutting machine development time by over 40%, and smart servo press, screwdriving, and energy management solutions. Delta also unveiled its DIAMOM platform and DIAEAP+ controller, enabling centralized, real-time production insights with scalable, eco-efficient tools.
 
At Asia Sustainable Energy Week 2025, Delta showcased its smart energy solutions under the theme “Powering Progress, together.” Highlights included the UFC 500 ultra-fast EV charger, scalable Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), high-efficiency PV inverters, and the DeltaGrid® platform for smart energy coordination. Delta’s participation reinforced its commitment to clean energy innovation and Thailand’s climate goals advancing a net-zero future through technology, teamwork, and long-term vision.
 
In Our Success section, Delta Thailand earned the Most Improved Investor Relations award at the Alpha Southeast Asia 2025 Awards, reflecting enhanced transparency and global investor engagement. The company was listed in the FTSE4Good Index for the seventh time, underscoring its ESG leadership in governance, climate action, responsible sourcing, and supplier development.
 
Additionally, Delta was named to the CDP 2024 Supplier Engagement “A” List for the second time, placing in the top 6% globally for climate-focused supply chain action. Key achievements included reducing Scope 3 emissions, increasing renewable energy to 54% of operations, and expanding recycled materials use.
 
In CSR section, Delta Thailand advanced public health with donations to Bangpakong and Samutprakan Hospitals, supporting medical equipment and services for more than 330,000 residents. The company also promoted early childhood education by building a playground at Pha Lueat Witthayakhan School in Uttaradit fostering hands-on learning, child development, and stronger community ties.
 
In Fun section, Delta Australia brought early holiday cheer with a Christmas in July celebration featuring Korean BBQ, fresh seafood, pizza, and a spirited table tennis tournament. The day was filled with shared laughter, stories, and teamwork.
 
Delta Singapore energized its teams with “Racing Toward Connection,” an Amazing Race-style event with 20 teams, citywide challenges, and a surprise dragon boat competition ending with ice cream, dinner, and bingo.
 
In Hotspot section, Off the clock, Dr. Hong Hua, Delta’s HSEQ Manager for Asia Pacific, finds balance in fishing across Australia. Whether reeling in a prize catch or sharing fresh fish with colleagues, his passion blends patience, precision, and reflection fueling both personal well-being and professional clarity.
 
In Townhall section, At the latest Townhall, Delta Thailand’s CEO reflected on strong first-half performance, regional partnerships, and sustainability milestones. He encouraged teams to build on momentum, remain adaptable, and stay true to the values that drive Delta’s success.
 
As we mark Mother’s Day, we are reminded of the quiet strength, steady care, and selfless dedication that shape lives and communities, the same qualities our people bring to Delta every day. Thank you for bringing heart to our work and helping us grow together.
