In Focus section, Delta Future Industry Summit 2025 showcased Delta’s leadership in sustainable AI, smart manufacturing, and energy resilience. With policymakers, industry leaders, and experts gathered, the event highlighted the rising demand for Green AI and featured high-impact panels and solutions, affirming Delta’s commitment to driving a smarter, greener Southeast Asia.
In Up Close section, Our Chairman Mr. James Ng reflects on 37 years of Delta Thailand’s growth, from early challenges and major turning points to global expansion and new industries. Emphasizing teamwork, resilience, and shared purpose, he highlights Delta’s strong foundation and future focus on AI, e-mobility, and green energy, while encouraging the next generation to learn, innovate, and collaborate.
In Our People section, DET Voice #30 reflects on Delta’s 2025 spirit through three employees’ stories of resilience, teamwork, and gratitude. From overcoming production challenges to honoring family, finding motivation in small moments, and dreaming of smoother workflows and future goals, their reflections capture the humanity, pride, and determination that defined the year.
In On Site section, Delta hosted its 2025 Global ESG Workshop in Bangkok, uniting sustainability representatives from seven countries to align strategies, share insights, and address challenges. Key sessions covered GHG inventory, ESG reporting alignment, and ESG-driven business opportunities. Participants also visited Delta Thailand facilities to deepen understanding and strengthen cross-regional collaboration.
In Our Success section, Delta Thailand won Outstanding CEO and Outstanding Investor Relations at the 2025 IAA Awards for the second consecutive year, reflecting strong market trust in our transparency, innovation, and sustainable growth. This recognition celebrates the collective dedication of all employees and reinforces Delta’s leadership in smart green solutions and corporate governance.
Additionally, Delta Thailand earned the Sustainability Disclosure Award for the eighth consecutive year, reaffirming its leadership in transparent ESG reporting. The recognition reflects rigorous standards, strong stakeholder trust, and progress on RE100, SBTi, and internal carbon pricing. Delta continues driving renewable energy, emissions reduction, and sustainable value under its “Smarter. Greener. Together.” mission.
Lastly, Delta Thailand achieved a 5-Star “Excellent” CGR rating for the 10th consecutive year, reaffirming its leadership in ethical, transparent governance. Among 844 companies assessed, Delta ranks in the top tier, supported by strong sustainability performance, climate risk management, and progress toward Net-Zero 2050, reflecting the values upheld by every Delta employee.
In CSR section, Delta Thailand completed its 8th CSR project of 2025 by renovating Ban Sala School in Surin, creating a safer and more inspiring learning environment. With employee volunteers, community support, and over 241,000 baht raised, the project strengthened Delta’s culture of teamwork, compassion, and long-term commitment to supporting education and sustainable communities.
In Hotspot section, A family travels to Hong Kong to fulfill their daughter’s dream of meeting Elsa at Disneyland’s World of Frozen. The trip brings moments of bravery, joy, and surprise, including a spiritual sign in Macau. Between Disney magic, cultural visits, and spicy food cravings, the journey becomes a meaningful blend of family, faith, and fun.
In Fun section, Delta’s 2026 New Year “Retro Verse Night Party” brought together a record 18,000 employees for a spectacular retro-futuristic celebration filled with concerts, games, food, contests, and a thrilling lucky draw. The event showcased Delta’s unity, creativity, and spirit, making it the company’s biggest and most unforgettable celebration yet.
In Townhall section, Mr. Victor Cheng, Chief Executive Officer of Delta Thailand, reflects on 2025, a year defined by compassion, innovation, and unity. From supporting Southern Thailand flood victims to leading in sustainable AI, governance, and ESG, and winning major industry awards, Delta strengthened its purpose and culture. The year closed with the vibrant Retro Night Party, celebrating teamwork and shared ambition.
