Living in the Greener World We Choose

By KK Chong - Published June 05, 2026

Welcome to our bi-monthly Delta 360 magazine. In this issue, we celebrate World Environment Day on June 5 with a special focus on sustainability, environmental awareness, and how each of us can take part in caring for our planet. In the Our People section, we also feature an exclusive interview that explores environmental responsibility and the simple actions we can take to create a better future together.

For World Environment Day 2026, under the global theme “Inspired by Nature. For Climate. For Our Future,” we are reminded that protecting the environment starts with the choices we make today. At Delta, sustainability is at the heart of our operations, following our mission, “To provide innovative, clean and energy-efficient solutions for a better tomorrow.” We continue to place sustainable development as a guiding principle and deliver on our promise of “Smarter. Greener. Together.”

In Focus, we feature Delta Malaysia’s AI and smart manufacturing innovations at SEMICON Southeast Asia 2026, along with Delta Australia’s smart building solutions showcased at ARBS 2026, the Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Building Services Exhibition.
Our People feature celebrates World Environment Day with a relaxed and inspiring interview with Karthikeyan Arun, ESG Business Architect from Delta Singapore. He shares the inspiration that keeps him working in ESG, three green habits that can create real impact in daily life, and some ESG facts you may not know. In DET Voice, three people from Delta Thailand’s Engineering and R&D teams share their creative green ideas to help make our world better. One of them said that if the Earth could speak, it might say, “My body is going to burst because it is full of pollution.” Their message reminds us that protecting the world is not the role of just one person, but all of us. Together, we can make a real difference.

Our Fun section captures the joy and energy of morning running in Thailand, bringing employees together for good health, friendship, and stronger connections. In Australia, Delta added extra liveliness to the workday with a cheerful Easter Egg Hunt across the Sydney and Melbourne offices. The section wraps up in Vietnam with the “Go! Delta Grow!” workshop, a lively program designed to strengthen team unity and support future business growth.

The Success section highlights two stories from Delta Thailand: celebrating five years in the Dow Jones Best-in-Class Indices and building a stronger foundation for sustainable manufacturing through the integration of its newly designated factory area from Bangpoo Industrial Estate Northern Zone into Bangpoo Industrial Estate.
In this issue of our CSR section, we spotlight Delta’s care for the environment, from an exciting and cozy candlelit lunch for Earth Hour in Singapore, with non-essential lights switched off across selected office areas, to an enthusiastic hands-on Coral Conservation activity in Thailand, where volunteers joined together to support marine restoration efforts.

Onsite, takes us across the region with lively and insightful events, starting with Delta Philippines’ full-day showcase in Mindanao, featuring smart solutions across energy, data centers, and automation. Delta Malaysia continued the momentum with an engaging Delta Automation Forward Seminar in Penang, while Delta Thailand joined the investment promotion seminar “NOW THAILAND: Leading the Future” in Taiwan.

In Townhall, Delta Thailand CEO Victor Cheng shares insights from the People Talk EP.4 held in April by SEA HR, reflects on how Delta’s core values serve as a foundation for aligned action, teamwork, and long-term growth. From integrity to collaboration, these values help Delta navigate change and create real impact across teams and regions.

Through this edition, we hope the stories of Delta people, our green actions, regional activities, business highlights, employee wellbeing, and values-driven leadership inspire everyone to care more deeply for our world and make meaningful choices in daily life. Together, we can help protect the environment, create positive impact, and move toward a smarter, more sustainable future across our people, business, and region.
