This Mother’s Day, we shine a spotlight on the incredible women at Delta who not only contribute to the company’s success but also manage the beautiful, yet challenging, journey of motherhood. These women exemplify the perfect balance between their professional responsibilities and their dedication to raising their children. As Delta celebrates its 35th anniversary, we honor the working mothers who show us the true meaning of strength, resilience, and love.
At Delta, motherhood is seen as a source of empowerment, not as an obstacle. Through the stories of our dedicated employees, we see that with the right support, the challenges of motherhood can be overcome and transformed into a source of motivation. In this special feature, we sit down with four inspiring women who share their experiences of balancing work and family, the support they've received from Delta, and their hopes for the future. Let’s meet Miss Wirawan Naebmanee, Miss Angsumarin Yamahan, Miss Waraporn Sitthikham, and Miss Patthamaporn Janjaem, who prove that being both a dedicated mother and a committed employee is not only possible but empowering.
Miss Wilawan Naemmanee
Miss Wilawan Naemmanee has witnessed Delta’s impressive growth firsthand. Having seen the expansion of facilities and the influx of new employees, she is proud of how the company has developed over the years. At work, she takes pride in mentoring newer team members and achieving her targets. However, her role as a mother is just as important. Balancing her work and family, she ensures that once the workday is over, she fully transitions to being a mother, leaving her professional responsibilities behind to give her family the attention they need.
“Delta has been incredibly supportive by offering training programs and facilities for mothers, such as the room for pumping breast milk. When my child was unwell, I was torn between work and home, but Delta’s flexibility helped me manage both. I’ve also received great support from my supervisors, who understand the responsibilities that come with being a mother. I hope Delta continues to grow alongside its employees, creating even more spaces for mothers to relax and find balance.”
Miss Angsumarin Yamahan
Starting as a subcontractor, Miss Angsumarin quickly rose to become a Line Leader, and she credits Delta’s leadership training programs for helping her succeed. As a mother, she is grateful for Delta’s policies for expecting employees, such as lighter tasks during pregnancy and the facilities for pumping breast milk. These benefits allow her to manage her responsibilities at work while being a dedicated mother. The leadership skills she’s developed at Delta have not only helped her lead her team but have also shaped her approach to motherhood.
“Being a working mother requires careful time management. Delta’s benefits have allowed me to balance my family life and professional duties. Without Delta’s support, I wouldn’t have been able to provide for my family the way I have. I’m especially grateful for the training programs Delta offers, as they have helped me improve in my role and set an example for my children. I hope Delta continues to expand and provide opportunities for all employees, especially working mothers.”
Miss Waraporn Sitthikham
Miss Waraporn has been with Delta for over six years, watching the company grow and expand, and she takes pride in being a part of that journey, contributing to its continued success. Currently pregnant with her third child, she is thankful for the stability her job provides. Despite the challenges of motherhood, she remains dedicated to her role at Delta, where she also helps train new employees. Her ability to juggle multiple responsibilities—raising her children while meeting her professional commitments—serves as an inspiration to her colleagues.
“I am grateful for Delta’s ongoing support for mothers. The company provides quarterly educational sessions, breast milk pumping rooms, and other helpful benefits. On Mother’s Day, I’m able to take time off to be with my family, which makes all the difference. I do hope Delta considers extending maternity leave, as it would be a great help for many of us. These kinds of policies show that Delta truly values its employees and their well-being.”
Miss Patthamaporn Janjaem
In her five years at Delta, Miss Patthamaporn has seen her income grow, enabling her to start a small family business. As a mother, she appreciates the flexibility and support Delta offers such as gift vouchers and training sessions, have been invaluable. For her, the financial stability Delta provides has had a tremendous impact on her ability to raise her children while pursuing her professional goals.
“Delta’s support for working mothers is commendable. It has empowered me to grow both professionally and personally. The opportunity to participate in additional training programs has enhanced my skills, which I can apply both at work and in managing my family’s business. I would love to see the company offer more vacation days for mothers and extend maternity leave. This would help mothers like me balance our family life even better. I look forward to seeing Delta continue to grow and provide these opportunities.”

Delta’s support for working mothers goes beyond policies—it’s a testament to the company’s belief in nurturing both careers and families.
