On December 20, 2024, in Bangkok, Thailand, Delta Electronics (Thailand) PCL., joined forces with Singapore’s WEnergy Global Pte Ltd to redefine the landscape of sustainable energy in Southeast Asia. This collaboration is set to deliver advanced microgrid solutions that bring clean, reliable energy to underserved communities and industries, starting with the Philippines.
Combining Delta’s cutting-edge power technologies—from advanced energy management systems to robust battery energy storage solutions—with WEnergy Global’s expertise in designing and implementing off-grid power systems, this partnership is a powerful example of synergy in action. Together, they aim to bridge energy gaps and empower communities while paving the way for a more resilient and sustainable energy future.
Transforming Lives in Palawan
The first phase of this collaboration will focus on deploying sustainable energy solutions across 16 off-grid microgrids in Palawan, Philippines. These systems will bring electricity to over 30,000 people in remote areas, transforming lives and fueling opportunities. This project reflects a shared vision to enhance energy resilience and drive sustainable development while addressing critical energy needs in Southeast Asia.
