Delta Thailand Holds 2023 Southeast Asia Sales Seminar: Dealing with the Challenge of Customer Management

On August 2, Delta Thailand hosted the Southeast Asia Sales Seminar titled Dealing with the Challenge of Customer Management with country managers and sales leaders from Australia and Thailand sharing insights and experiences.
Over 120 Delta employees attended online and 50 people attended onsite at the True Digital Park in Bangkok, Thailand. The afternoon seminar was from 1:30 to 4:30 pm and was livestreaming to colleagues joining from across the region.
Jackie Chang, Delta Thailand President, opened the seminar by welcoming all the attendees at the event venue and online. He shared Delta’s vision to create more opportunities for lesson sharing among our sales and marketing teams from all BUs across our diverse region.
David Leal, VP of SEA Business was the moderator for two panel discussions with presentations and Q&A sessions. The first panel discussion, called Country Customer Management- Challenges and Opportunity, gave an overview of customer development in large-scale operations. The three speakers were Johnny Tam, Indonesia Country Manager; Vincent Hu, Australia Customer Relationship Manager; Kittisak Ngoenngokngam, Thailand EIS Business Director.
The second panel discussion, called Delta’s Solution Customer Development-From Regional to Global Perspective, was a deep dive into the complex world of B2B sales in the critical infrastructure sector. The three speakers were Chris Lai, CISBG Business Development Manager; Steve Davis, Australia Sales Director; and Timothy Desmond, SEA Regional Solutions Head.
Attendees could get useful takeaways from the vast experience of each of the panelists to apply in their work towards increased customer satisfaction. This global Delta learning and development event was organized by the Delta SEA HR Training and Development team for the benefit of sales teams in the region.
By holding this activity, Delta hopes to continuously improve customer communication and hold interactive and experience-sharing to develop the skills of employees.
