As Malaysia’s manufacturing sector continues to advance toward smarter, more connected production, Delta brought customers, partners, and technology experts together in Penang for the Delta Automation Forward Seminar on April 8, 2026.

Held in partnership with T.E.M. Engineering Group Malaysia, the seminar created a dedicated platform for machine builders, system integrators, OEMs, production engineers, and industry partners in one of Malaysia’s key semiconductor and advanced manufacturing hubs. Throughout the day, Delta experts shared insights across industrial automation, ICT infrastructure, motion control, digital platforms, and green manufacturing. Speakers included:

• Jeff Quah, IA Country Manager, Singapore and Malaysia
• Eng Yong Chng, Country Manager, Malaysia
• Paul Brian Kwong, DC Pre-Sales Consultant
• Marcus Lo, Product Manager
• Merlin Chang, Principal Engineer
• Weiping Zhang, Product Manager

The sessions connected real factory challenges with practical solutions, covering topics such as industry transformation in Malaysia, motion control, high-speed precision servo systems, smart screwdriving solution, industrial communication software offerings, reliable UPS solutions, and the Building a Green Factory whitepaper.

The event was designed to be interactive and hands-on, with live demonstrations, audience Q&A, and networking opportunities. A key highlight was the launch of the R3-C Remote I/O Module, giving participants a closer look at Delta’s connected automation technologies for smarter production, stronger connectivity, and more reliable factory operations.
For Delta Malaysia, the event reinforced the company’s established strengths in industrial automation while creating new opportunities for direct customer and partner engagement. It also demonstrated how Delta’s integrated approach can support the next stage of industrial growth in Malaysia

Malaysia is building at a pace that demands serious infrastructure thinking, both on the factory floor and in the server room. Through the Delta Automation Forward Seminar, Delta showed how smart manufacturing, reliable power, and green factory ideas can come together to support the next stage of industrial growth.

Thank you to everyone who presented, supported, joined, and followed up. What started as conversations in Penang can now move forward as new opportunities.
