Delta Automation Academy 2024: Empowering the Next Generation of Engineers

Through the Delta Automation Academy, we are actively shaping a new generation of engineers, equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in the rapidly evolving field of industrial automation.

Recently, Delta Electronics Thailand celebrated a major milestone with the success of the Delta Automation Academy 2024. Over 1,000 students from across the country were recognized, with 200 student representatives attending a special ceremony to receive their certificates in person. This event underscores Delta’s dedication to developing future leaders in automation and technology.
Since its inception in 2015, the Delta Automation Academy has provided hands-on training in power electronics and automation to more than 3,000 students. This initiative aligns with Delta’s mission to drive sustainable development while preparing the next generation to meet the demands of an ever-evolving industrial landscape.

The program’s impact is already clear. Each year, between 30% and 50% of students from Delta’s partner universities receive job offers from the company, resulting in approximately 150 new hires annually. These graduates bring advanced skills that contribute to Delta’s success and strengthen Thailand’s high-tech industries.
Mr. Victor Cheng, Delta Thailand CEO, highlighted the importance of this program by stating, "Our goal is to prepare Thailand’s young engineering talents for the fast-evolving world of industrial automation." His words emphasize Delta’s commitment to equipping students with the knowledge and confidence they need to succeed.

The recent inauguration of the Delta Power E Lab at Kasetsart University reinforces Delta’s commitment to education. This lab, one of several across Thailand, provides students with hands-on experience using advanced tools and equipment in power electronics, empowering them to become key contributors to the industry.
