Entrepreneur Club Visits Delta Electronics (Thailand) to Explore Industrial and Building Automation Solutions

Bangkok, Thailand, December 03rd, 2024 — On November 25, 2024, Delta Electronics (Thailand) Public Company Limited, a global leader in power management and IoT-based smart green solutions, welcomed an exclusive delegation of over 20 leading companies. Among the esteemed attendees were Mr. Zhou Wendong, President of The Entrepreneur Club, and Mr. Liu Yongchang, Vice President of The Entrepreneur Club. Organized as part of the Entrepreneur Club initiative, the visit offered participants an in-depth exploration of Delta’s cutting-edge technologies in Industrial Automation and Building Automation.
During the visit, Mr. Jackie Chang, Chief Operating Officer & President of Delta Electronics Thailand, warmly welcomed the delegation and shared insights into Delta’s commitment to sustainable innovation. Highlighting Delta’s vision for the future, he remarked:

A standout topic of discussion was Delta’s innovative air-assisted liquid cooling data center infrastructure, which exemplifies the company’s commitment to advancing technology with sustainability at its core. By delivering 2.5 times the cooling capacity while consuming less than 7% of the power compared to traditional air-cooling systems, this solution significantly reduces operational costs and sets a new industry benchmark for efficiency. This aligns seamlessly with Delta’s mission to support a greener and more sustainable future for data center operations, reinforcing its leadership in sustainable innovation.
Building on this foundation, Delta representatives highlighted the company’s global strategy, emphasizing the role of Thailand as a key manufacturing base specializing in automotive electronics and ICT-related power management products for customers in Europe and the Americas. In contrast, China operates as a dual hub, combining manufacturing with localized sales to meet the demands of the Asian market. This strategic integration of global manufacturing and localized services—facilitated by Delta’s nearly 200 locations worldwide—ensures the company remains close to its customers, addressing their unique needs and maintaining its reputation as a customer-centric leader.
The discussion naturally extended to Delta’s core strengths in energy efficiency and innovation, which are deeply rooted in its corporate mission of "To provide innovative, clean and energy-efficient solutions for a better tomorrow." This commitment drives the development of transformative solutions such as the Energy Storage Systems (ESS) provided by the Energy Infrastructure Solutions Business Group (EISBG). ESS captures renewable energy from sources like solar and wind, stores it in batteries, and releases it when needed, improving energy reliability, supporting renewable integration, and lowering costs. Similarly, the ICT Business Group (ICTBG) continues to deliver cutting-edge technologies that enhance both efficiency and sustainability, further solidifying Delta’s position as a global innovator.
