Top Thai Talents Flock to GEM Program x Delta Career Day in Bangkok

The GEM Program x Delta Career Day in Bangkok was a smash hit with over 300 amazing Thai talents joining. Interest in Delta far exceeded our expectations as word of the walk-in interview event spread far and wide on our social media channels.

Delta's GEM (Global Elite Mingle) Program is an international talent exchange program developed by Delta Electronics Group in Taiwan to attract elite engineering talent from Thailand, India and the USA. Our first GEMs event featured a physical interview session on August 6 at the Avani Sukhumvit Hotel in Bangkok, Thailand

On this day, participants could take advantage of this opportunity to meet directly with our recruiters and get to know more about Delta's GEM program. Rudolf Chen, Director of Taiwan HR Operations and Global Talent Acquisition led the team from Taiwan to support the Thai HR team led by CH Huang, SEA Regional CHRO.
