Delta Electronics (Thailand) proudly welcomed partner universities to the Delta Thailand 2026 Annual Conference on February 7, 2026. This year, we gathered with Chulalongkorn University, Kasetsart University, Mahidol University, Burapha University, King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok, King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi, and King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang to reaffirm our shared commitment to long‑term collaboration in developing Thailand’s future workforce.

For us at Delta, this conference is more than a formal gathering, it’s a chance to connect, exchange ideas, and work side by side with academic partners who share the same vision of sustainable growth and human capital development. Together, we continue to shape a future where students, universities, and industry grow stronger together.

Through open and friendly dialogue, the universities and Delta representatives shared insights on how education and industry can collaborate even more closely. With Delta’s real world experience and advanced industrial automation technologies, we discussed how we can support a smarter, more sustainable environment as the world continues to transform at a rapid pace.

Delta Thailand emphasized that strong, ongoing collaboration is essential. This year, our focus is on how industry can meaningfully support learning, while universities prepare highly skilled talent ready for global opportunities. We believe that our 2026 initiatives will continue to bridge the gap and create real, lasting impact for students and educators.

A highlight of the day was the shared presentation on the Delta Automation Training Structure and Timeline for 2026, a program designed to strengthen practical skills and industry readiness. Students will receive hands‑on learning in Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Human–Machine Interface (HMI), Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), and servo systems. Each module is supported by structured assessments, real project practice, and ongoing development throughout the year.

The conference also touched on major collaborative activities including the Delta Cup 2026-Engineering Skill Contest, the Delta Automation Graduation Ceremony, and other initiatives tailored to the needs of each university. These activities are designed to inspire innovation, recognize student achievement, and build long term partnerships that continue to grow year after year.

By bringing together sustainability principles, advanced automation technologies, and industry-driven learning, Delta Thailand and our partner universities are empowering the next generation to succeed in a fast-changing world and to contribute to the nation’s sustainable industrial growth

This annual conference is a wonderful reminder of what we can achieve when we work together as one Delta family with our academic partners. It’s something we can all be proud of.
