Building One Team, One Delta at 2024 SEA Region Annual Leadership Summit

The 2024 SEA Region Annual Leadership Summit from Feb 28-29 in sunny Pattaya was an impactful event dedicated to create the opportunity to let our management team present their annual strategy KPIs and nurture collaboration among regional function leaders, from regional sales team, MFG operations, R&D, RSCM and supporting functions.

The outcomes of this summit showed our Delta leaders' capabilities and determination while highlighting everyone’s commitment to actively engage and drive organizational growth by achieving KPI.

Some of the highlights of our two-day summit were:

1. Welcoming our new Delta Thailand CEO Mr. Victor Cheng, shares his vision and the industry trends and opportunities available for Delta.
2. President and COO Jackie Chang’s sharing of our operational and business strategies for the coming 5 years.
3. Functional KPI and strategy sharing from all departments from Sales (Regional and OEM) to Production, R&D and Support (IT, HR).
4. One Delta Core Values Workshop. Lesson sharing with Delta leaders and team activity for core value alignment to goals.

This summit emphasized the fact that our leaders consistently create outstanding vision, dedication, and resilience, contributing to the continuous and collective success of Delta.
