Smarter Factories on Display Delta at Assembly & Automation Technology 2025 Data-Driven Automation for a Greener, More Efficient Future

By Delta Thailand - Published August 07, 2025

From June 18–21, Delta Electronics (Thailand) PCL took part in Assembly & Automation Technology 2025 at BITEC Bangkok, showcasing a complete suite of industrial automation solutions designed to help manufacturers operate smarter, cleaner, and more flexibly.

At Booth 8K11, visitors got a firsthand look at how Delta’s automation platforms, energy management tools, and precision systems are solving real production challenges from reducing development time and energy use to improving quality and throughput.A major highlight was Delta’s Digital Twin system, enabling virtual equipment prototyping and simulation. By streamlining design validation and shortening setup time, it’s already helping customers cut machine development cycles by over 40% in some applications.

Attendees also explored:
• Integrated electric servo press solutions supporting real-time data uploads for better process control.
• Smart screwdriving systems with memory capacity for 200,000 fastening results and MES/cloud integration for traceability.
• DIAEnergie and VTScada platforms enabling live energy monitoring of HVAC, lighting, and compressed air systems to support sustainability goals.
• Uflex™ automation cell, offering high-speed component insertion with over 95% cost savings versus manual assembly in specific tasks.
• Warehouse and logistics automation tools, including real-time dashboards and ERP integration for better coordination.

Behind the technology was a unified theme: empowering factories with practical tools that are efficient, scalable, and environmentally responsible. Delta’s engineers and product specialists were on-site throughout the event, providing live demos and answering questions about implementation in various manufacturing environments.

The introduction of the DIAMOM platform and DIAEAP+ edge controller also drew strong interest, with their ability to centralize production and quality management while offering flexible machine connectivity without the need for complex infrastructure.

From injection molding data visualization to predictive CNC monitoring, the solutions reflected Delta’s commitment to helping factories move toward intelligent operations powered by real-time insights and long-term thinking.

Thank you to all teams involved for bringing Delta’s automation story to life at this key industry event. Your work continues to shape how manufacturers across the region embrace innovation and sustainability
