Delta Thailand Hosts Taiwan’s Bureau of Standards, Metrology & Inspection, Ministry of Economic Affairs at Head Office

Bangkok, Thailand, November 11, 2022–Delta Electronics (Thailand) PCL. welcomed a delegation of experts from the Bureau of Standards, Metrology & Inspection (BSMI), Ministry of Economic Affairs and the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office, The Automotive Research & Testing Center (ARTC) and the Taiwan Testing and Certification Center (ETC).

The courtesy visit aimed to learn more about Delta’s operations and quality engineering lab capabilities while exploring applications for Delta’s smart city and EV solutions.

Mr. Curtis Ku, Thailand Country Director of Delta Thailand, welcomed Mr. Hung Chuan-Hsiou, BSMI Deputy Director, Ms. Sally Yeh, Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Thailand Assistant Secretary and the delegation. Delta Thailand managers gave a tour of the quality engineering lab and production at the green building head office and factory.

After the tour, Mr. Ku introduced the company’s sustainable operations and green businesses and gave a tour of the company showroom with products and solutions for Thailand and Southeast Asian markets.

The visit ended with a Q&A session and lunch for the honored guests. Both parties discussed the latest testing standards and potential solutions to develop for the Thailand market.
