Delta Thailand Welcomes NSTDA and Tokyo Institute of Technology to Energy-Efficient Green Factory and Head Office

Bangkok, Thailand, December 22, 2022–Delta Electronics (Thailand) PCL. welcome a delegation of professors and students from the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA) and the Tokyo Institute of Technology (Tokyo Tech) to its green factory and head office. The fact-finding visit aimed to learn more about Delta’s energy management for green factory operations and energy-saving products and solutions.

Mr. Jackie Chang, President of Delta Thailand, welcomed Mrs. Chantira Mongkolwai, Director of the NSTDA Graduate and Professional Program, and the delegation and introduced the company profile and mentioned how important the sustainability of green power, energy creation also the innovative creation to support human daily habitant and the engineering manpower throughout Southeast Asia. Furthermore, Delta Thailand managers from the power R&D center, energy management and automation business groups introduced the company’s activities to drive innovation and local market development.

In addition, the delegation toured Delta Thailand’s R&D lab, smart manufacturing operations and green building solutions at the head office and factory. The tour included a visit to the solar rooftop and the company showroom to explore products and solutions for Thailand and Southeast Asian markets. This concluded with a Q&A session and lunch for the honored guests.
