When times are hard it’s good to know that there are still stable jobs for you to choose to build your life. As we continue to Fight COVID with Delta and support our nation in the time of need we take a look at why we work and how we can find motivated to work for our lives.

Ms. Phisamai Pawantee, Operator
Hello, I'm Phisamai Pawantee. I work at Delta Thailand CNBU. I’ve been at Delta for 21 years.

I come to work each day to earn an income and support my family. I work so everyone in my family has a better life, has money to spend and we can have a good family life together. With the money I earn, my parents also can have a life now that isn't as difficult as in the past.

My work isn’t stressful. Even though the work is hard and difficult, we are happy to work because we have something to do all the time. I have good cooperative colleagues and my boss gives me good advice whenever we have problems.

I’m saving money to send my children to school so they can have a good future. I’m also putting aside savings to have enough when we retire. Thank you.

Ms. Jidapa Somdee, Operator
Hello, my name is Ms. Jidapha Somdee, from the CNDC Department of Delta Thailand. I’ve been working here for 16 years.

So what are the main reasons I come to work and work for whom? Well, I come to work each day to earn money to support my family. How does a stable job give me a good quality of life? I have a better quality of life when I have money to spend. I can have a house, a car, and can take care of my family without difficulty.

What's the best part of my job right now and why? My packing work is so good because I don't have to deal with too many people. When I do my job well, I feel at ease.

My dream job is to have the right equipment, work and great co-workers. If everything is good then I feel good and relaxed overall.

Ms. Ausarat Siriwan, Operator
Hello, I'm Ausarat Siriwan, at IT-LOB. I have been working here for 2 years.

I came to work at Delta Thailand because Delta provides stability and good welfare for me. Before, I was living in a rented room. Today, the company provides good benefits that allow me to have a house, a car and money to support my family.

The best part of the job for me is the environment at the company. We have a shuttle bus, canteen and our work area are air-conditioned. These days I have work orders and I have OT to do. I like it when we have a lot of orders.

My dream job is a stable job with good welfare good income. This makes my life and family better. Now I have found it at Delta Thailand which is like my second home. Thanks to Delta. This company has given me good things. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Juraporn Thian-ngam from IT-LOB. I’ve been working here 4 years.

My reason for coming to work at Delta is because of the stable income and benefits I get here. Delta is a company that lets me earn enough to support my family and myself. I can make my living standard better here.

The best part of Delta Thailand is the environment and many other benefits we get.

My dream job is a job with a stable income and welfare. I’m happy because Delta Thailand has many stable benefits such as family medical care and child education fund.
