Delta Electronics (Thailand) Public Company Limited announced its receipt of the Sustainability Disclosure Award 2024. This distinction, presented by the Thaipat Institute, highlights Delta’s unwavering commitment to sustainability reporting and aligns with SDG Target 12.6, which emphasizes sustainable practices and transparent disclosures in business operations. Achieving this accolade for seven consecutive years, since 2017, underscores Delta’s leadership in integrating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) considerations into every facet of its operations.

Ms. Aonthip Aorthong, Delta’s Sustainable Development Manager, shared a heartfelt message with all Delta employees, saying, “This award is not just recognition; it’s a reflection of your hard work and dedication. The Sustainability Disclosure Awards evaluated organizations using the Ceres-ACCA framework, focusing on completeness (45%), credibility (35%), and communication and presentation (20%) of sustainability disclosures. Delta’s consistent ranking among the top recipients highlights our exemplary performance in transparent reporting and the integration of economic, social, and environmental considerations into business practices. This year, we stood proudly among 58 recipients of the Sustainability Disclosure Award, a category that recognizes excellence in sustainability reporting.

Delta’s accolades are powered by impactful initiatives such as our RE100 and SBTi commitments, which reflect our leadership in renewable energy adoption and science-based targets. Central to these efforts is our pioneering internal carbon tax policy, which allocates funds to projects that deliver substantial advancements in energy efficiency and environmental conservation. These initiatives not only enhance our ESG performance but also solidify Delta’s position as a global leader in sustainable business practices, as evidenced by our inclusion in the S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook.
