Delta Thailand Reaffirms Governance Leadership with ASEAN Asset Class Award

By DET Corp Comms - Published December 23, 2025

We are honored to share that Delta Electronics (Thailand) has once again been recognized with the prestigious “ASEAN Asset Class PLCs Award” under the 2024 ASEAN Corporate Governance (CG) Scorecard. This achievement reinforces our sustained commitment to excellence, marking the second time we have earned this top-tier status since our initial recognition in 2021.

Confirming Our Standards
This Asset Class designation confirms the positive outcome of our consistent efforts toward strong corporate governance, transparency, and accountability. To qualify for this recognition, which highlights adherence to international CG and ESG standards, we met a high threshold: achieving 97.5 points or above in the assessment.

The 2024 Scorecard incorporated revised criteria aligned with the G20/OECD Principles, placing a greater emphasis on integrating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) considerations across all company operations.

Contributing to Regional Excellence.
We are proud to be part of Thailand’s strong performance in the region. Thai listed companies achieved the highest number of ASEAN Asset Class awards (74 companies) and the best average score. Delta remains committed to upholding the high governance standards that contribute to this national success.

The award ceremony was held on July 24, 2025, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This repeated recognition is a testament to the dedication of our entire team. We will continue to build upon this foundation by enhancing ESG disclosure, strengthening stakeholder engagement, and aligning our reporting with global frameworks such as GRI and TCFD, ensuring Delta remains a responsible and transparent business partner for the long term.
