Delta Wins THSI Award for 5th Year Straight and Best Sustainability Award at SET Awards 2019

Bangkok, Thailand, November 15, 2019 – Delta Thailand won our fifth consecutive Thailand Sustainability Investment (THSI) Award along with the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) Best Sustainability Excellence Award at the SET Sustainability Awards 2019. Mr. Hsieh Shen-yen, DET President, attended the annual event held at the SET Conference Hall to pick up the prestigious recognitions.

“Delta is excited to win the highest SET sustainability award this year which recognizes our success in building a sustainable business and adding value for our stakeholders. We are investing in innovation for the future and commit to solutions that support Thailand’s smart city transformation and value-based economy development,” Mr. Hsieh said at the ceremony. This year Delta’s Best Sustainability Excellence Award is one rank above its 2018 Outstanding Sustainability Award and two ranks above its 2017 Rising Star Award.

DET is among 98 SET-listed companies with outstanding performance on Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) aspects to enter the 2019 Thailand Sustainability Investment (THSI) List. The SET’s sustainability assessment system is a reliable reference for investors seeking long-term returns from companies with strong Sustainable Development (SD) practices.
