Delta Thailand’s CEO Message: Closing 2025 with Compassion, Innovation, and Celebration

Sawatdee Krup! As we reach the end of December and publish this final issue of 360 bi-monthly magazine for 2025, I want to take a moment to reflect on the incredible journey we have shared this year. It has been a year defined by our professional achievements, but more importantly, by the strength of our character.
First and foremost, my thoughts are with our neighbors in Southern Thailand who are enduring severe hardship due to the recent flooding. Delta has extended our heartfelt support to these communities, an initiative made possible entirely by the generosity of you, our employees, and our management team across the Bangpoo and Wellgrow plants.
We mobilized quickly to contribute essential supplies, including dried food, drinking water, personal care items, medicine, and clothing. In this first phase alone, our employee-driven donation activity, in collaboration with the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT), successfully delivered 240 packs of drinking water and 149 boxes of rice, dry food, and clothing to the most impacted areas.
This initiative reflects the true heart of Delta’s mission: growing our business while creating positive value for society. I am deeply grateful to everyone who stepped up to help our neighbors in their recovery. However, our commitment does not end here. The management team and I are currently mobilizing further resources to ensure continuous support for those in need.
The past two months have also highlighted our leadership in technology and sustainability.
In November, Delta Future Industry Summit 2025 demonstrated our pivotal role in advancing sustainable AI, smart manufacturing, and energy resilience across Southeast Asia. By bringing together government leaders like Mr. Nattapol Rangsitpol, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Industry, and regional industry leaders, we reinforced the region’s commitment to intelligent transformation. The Summit highlighted exactly how Delta is positioned to drive meaningful change. Thank you to everyone who contributed to this success. You can watch the re-cap video here
That same month, I was honored to accept IAA Outstanding CEO Award, while Ms. Anchalee Jieratham, our Investor Relations Director, received Outstanding Investor Relations Award in the Technology and Communication Sector for the second consecutive year. I view these achievements truly as a team victory. They reflect our collective dedication to transparent communication and strong governance as we drive Thailand’s transition toward a smarter, low-carbon future.
December has been equally significant for our internal milestones. We hosted the 2025 Delta Global ESG Workshop, uniting our global sustainability teams to align on greenhouse gas management, reporting requirements and global ESG action plans for 2026. The workshop helps Delta drive sustainability beyond policy while integrating comprehensive actions into our long-term strategy.
Our commitment was further validated when Delta Thailand received the Sustainability Disclosure Award for the eighth consecutive year from the Thaipat Institute. Furthermore, achieving an “Excellent” (5-Star) CGR rating for the 10th consecutive year cements our position as a leader in corporate governance. These decades of recognition are proof of our unwavering commitment to ethical operations and transparency.
Finally, on December 19, we capped off the year with an explosion of energy at our Delta Retro Night Party 2026. It was our biggest celebration to date, bringing together 18,000 Delta employees in a spectacular fusion of past and future.
Witnessing the electrifying performances, the vibrant experiences, and the sheer unity of our team was the highlight of my month. The night perfectly captured what makes Delta extraordinary, our creativity, our diversity, and our shared ambition. Thank you to every team member for making this unforgettable event a true reflection of the Delta spirit as we step boldly into 2026.
As we close this year, I am grateful to our teams and stakeholders for your continued trust which allows us to set a high benchmark for governance, growth, and unity.
