Sawatdee Krup! As the year draws to a close, I want to thank everyone for your hard work and dedication, which have made 2025 another successful year for Delta, I wish to begin with a message of remembrance and shared purpose. We mourn the passing of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, The Queen Mother, whose lifelong devotion to the Thai people through her support for traditional arts, rural development, and environmental preservation leaves a lasting legacy. Her compassion and commitment to national progress continue to inspire us all. In this period of mourning, we honor her memory and the profound impact she had on the Kingdom of Thailand.

In remembrance of Her Majesty, Delta Electronics (Thailand) joins the nation in observing a 90-day mourning period. During this time, our management and employees are following the Royal Household Bureau’s guidance by wearing appropriate attire and conducting all company activities with dignity and respect. This collective gesture expresses our deepest gratitude for Her Majesty’s immeasurable contributions and reflects the unity of Delta as we honor her enduring legacy.
While we share in the nation’s remembrance, we also continue our mission with focus and purpose strengthening our role in Thailand’s innovation and sustainable development. We’ve recently announced Delta Thailand’s 3Q25 results. The company has achieved an exceptional 3Q25 performance, with record USD 1,652 million in revenue and USD 229 million in net profit, marking 35.5% and 37.1% year-on-year growth, respectively. These results reflect our strong growth trajectory and resilience amid tariff challenges and global tech uncertainties. This success is a testament to the dedication, collaboration, and innovation of every team member. I believe together, we will continue to build on this momentum and reach even greater heights.
In September, we celebrated Delta Academy Graduation Ceremony 2025 at KMUTNB, marking a decade of success in developing Thailand’s next generation of engineers. Through collaboration with seven leading universities, the program gives students hands-on experience in automation, AI, and industrial innovation empowering young talent to lead Thailand’s transition toward smart manufacturing and a digital economy. This partnership between government, academia, and industry reinforces Delta’s ongoing role in advancing the nation’s goals under the Thailand 4.0 vision. You can watch recap video here.
Later in September, our leadership on the regional stage was strengthened when Mr. Jackie Chang, Chief Operating Officer and President of Delta Electronics (Thailand), shared insights at the ITD Southeast Asia Trade and Development Forum 2025. Joined by policymakers and business leaders, he highlighted how Delta transforms global trade uncertainty into opportunity through technology and collaboration. Our work in high-efficiency power and cooling solutions for data centers and AI infrastructure, alongside our focus on electrification and energy storage supports Southeast Asia’s journey toward a low-carbon future. As we expand our regional manufacturing and R&D footprint, Delta continues to build supply-chain resilience, advance smart manufacturing, and prepare our people for future-ready growth. You can watch the full video here.

In October, Delta strengthened its contribution to Thailand’s clean-mobility vision through the donation of advanced EV charging infrastructure to the Automotive and Tyre Testing, Research and Innovation Center (ATTRIC). Dr. Thanakorn Wangboonkongchana, Minister of Industry, and Mr. Nattapon Rangsitphon, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Industry, visited the facility to witness the handover of Delta’s EV chargers. Equipped with Delta’s UFC 200 ultra-fast charger and AC MAX smart chargers, the center now meets international standards for EV testing and performance. This collaboration reinforces our long-term commitment to supporting Thailand’s transformation into a regional hub for electric vehicles and sustainable mobility through innovation and partnership.
That same month, we marked ten years of collaboration with the Department of Industrial Promotion (DIPROM) through Delta DIPROM Angel Fund, a cornerstone of Thailand’s innovation ecosystem. Since 2016, the program has supported over 200 startups, created nearly 1,000 jobs, and generated THB 350 million in economic value. This year, Angel Fund Connect 2025 expands this success to include digital content creators, strengthening Thailand’s creative economy and reflecting our belief that innovation and storytelling go hand in hand in building global competitiveness.

Our collective achievements have also been recognized with pride. I was honored to receive the Top CEO Award 2025 in the Technology Business Sector on behalf of Delta Thailand for the second consecutive year. This recognition would not have been possible without the dedication of our entire Delta team, whose innovation, integrity, and teamwork continue to drive sustainable growth and create lasting value for our customers and society. Furthermore, we were recognized at the HR Excellence Awards Thailand 2025, earning Gold for Retention Strategy, Silver for Total Rewards, and Bronze for Communication Strategy, testament to our continued focus on people-centered growth and inclusive leadership.
Each initiative from talent development to sustainability, from innovation to recognition forms part of one shared purpose: to empower people, strengthen communities, and contribute to Thailand’s progress. Together, we honor the past by shaping a future grounded in integrity, collaboration, and care for one another.
Thank you for your dedication and spirit of excellence. Let us continue to move forward with unity, purpose, and pride in all that we achieve together.
Yours sincerely,
Mr. Victor Cheng
CEO, Delta Electronics (Thailand) PCL
