Delta Thailand’s CEO Message: Values That Move Us Forward

Sawatdee krub! As we welcome June, World Environment Day gives us a nice opportunity to look around and think about the small choices we make every day, at work, at home, and in our communities. Nature often reminds us that every action is connected, and even simple habits can lead to meaningful change when we do them together. At Delta, this idea is very close to who we are. Through our clean and energy-efficient solutions, and through the everyday efforts of our people, we continue moving forward with a shared purpose to create a smarter, greener, and better tomorrow.

While Delta continues to grow across regions and industries, our shared core values, namely, Integrity, Innovation, Collaboration, Inclusion, and Empowerment, remain at the heart of our journey. These are the values that guide everyday action and help us stay aligned in a fast-changing business environment. Integrity reminds us to do the right thing, innovation encourages us to keep moving forward, and collaboration helps us work across teams and regions with trust and support.

These values must be part of how we think, work, and make decisions every day. Empowerment gives our people the confidence to take responsibility and contribute their ideas, while inclusion reminds us to listen, understand different perspectives, and create space for everyone to be part of the conversation. As our business moves increasingly toward solutions, teamwork across functions and regions becomes even more important.

These values can be seen clearly in how our teams solve customer needs, share knowledge, and bring solutions to the market across the region. In this edition, we can see these values, especially innovation and collaboration, in action across the region. From Delta Malaysia’s smart manufacturing showcase at SEMICON Southeast Asia 2026 to Delta Australia’s smart building solutions at ARBS 2026, our teams are bringing innovation closer to customers through practical technologies, strong partnerships, and real business solutions. In the Philippines, our Mindanao event also showed how collaboration can turn technology discussions into practical solutions for customers and local communities, supporting more efficient and resilient infrastructure.

Our commitment to sustainability is another area where our values become practical action. Integrity guides us to take long-term responsibility, while innovation helps us create cleaner and more energy-efficient solutions for our customers and society. Sustainability remains a key part of our journey. Delta Thailand’s fifth consecutive year in the Dow Jones Best-in-Class Indices, a respected global sustainability benchmark, reflects the steady teamwork behind our progress and our commitment to creating long-term value through excellence in ESG for stakeholders. We also see this spirit in simple, human moments, such as Delta Singapore’s Candlelit Lunch for Earth Hour, where switching off lights and sharing time together made a small action feel special.

At the same time, strong performance also depends on strong people. Empowerment and inclusion help our people learn, participate, and grow together, while collaboration builds the trust needed to work as one team. This same energy also comes through in how our people connect and grow together. Delta Vietnam’s “Vietnam Go! Delta Grow!” workshop brought strategy to life through teamwork, action, and shared purpose, while Delta Thailand’s 5K run showed how wellbeing can be simple, fun, and full of positive energy. These moments remind us that strong teams are built not only through work, but also through trust, connection, and shared experiences.

For this edition, I hope these stories encourage you to reflect on how our core values connect us as one Delta team. Strategy gives us direction, but it is our core values that ensure we execute in a consistent and aligned way.
