Delta Thailand President Message July 2021: Making the Right Choices for Life

Dear DET Family,

I hope you are all doing well and keeping safe. Thank you for your patience and for following our safety rules as we work to get vaccines for everyone who chooses to get more protection against COVID-19.

Although we are in a challenging situation, Delta is working hard to get vaccines for everyone who chooses this opportunity. Thanks to the teamwork from various departments in Delta, we are already sending Delta people to government sites for vaccination whenever the supplies are available. We will continue until everyone gets a chance to choose to vaccinate.

Right now the COVID-19 situation is very serious in Thailand. any Thais are desperate because they are without jobs and don’t know how to support themselves and their families But here at Delta, we are committed to providing a stable workplace for you if you choose to together with us.

Many of our people at Delta have chosen to stay and grow together with us over the past 30 years. This month, for the first time ever, Delta Thailand will officially honor those who have been with us for 10, 20, 25 and 30 years at our special Long Service Celebrations.

This milestone event celebrates our dedicated people with special awards to thank them for their role in our success and sustainable growth. We hope to continue these pioneering initiatives to recognize everyone who has faithfully contributed to Delta Thailand.

Finally, I am proud to announce that DET is one of Thailand’s 100 best-performing public listed companies for Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) aspects for the 7th consecutive year in the 2021 Thaipat Institute ESG100 Universe.

We are also supporting our community during COVID-19 with a 110,000 THB donation to assist local hospitals from our Delta Group 50 Year Anniversary CSR campaign and additional monetary assistance and supplies to the community for COVID-19 relief.

As we wait for our vaccines, let’s be proud of all we are doing to help our community and satisfy our customers during this time. I invite you all to take the time to learn about why we need to protect ourselves and what we are doing at Delta to help you and build a better Thailand together.
