2022 was year a year of great challenge and achievements for everyone at Delta. Thank you for your determination and teamwork that helped us overcome COVID-19 and deliver for our global customers.

In 2023, we will continue to work to protect your safety and health. We welcome you to share your ideas and take part in our actions to make Delta a great workplace where you can succeed.

Here is a short video message I gave to our Delta teams in Plant 6 and 7 that I would like to share with you all. Let’s all unite and work together for a stronger Delta. Happy New Year!
