At Delta Electronics Thailand’s Wellgrow Factory, success isn’t just numbers and targets. It’s the careful coordination, quiet dedication, and unseen effort of teams working behind the scenes. In this special feature, we share the voices of four employees whose daily work keeps our factory running; often without recognition, but always with purpose.
The Pulse Behind Production
While their roles differ, these employees are connected by the nature of their work. They handle issues early, coordinate closely with others, and make sure systems and processes continue to run as planned.
Their efforts span infrastructure, production management, material flow, and quality control. Individually, their work happens behind the scenes. Collectively, it enables the factory to operate smoothly every day.

Chayanon Podok
Manufacturing Supervisor, Shunt Platform
For Chayanon, production isn’t just about hitting numbers. As a supervisor, he understands the value in relationships, internal processes, and communication.
“What makes me most proud is the work behind the numbers. Production management, internal coordination, people development, and communication.”
Every morning, he leads meetings, listens to his teams, and troubleshoots obstacles before they become setbacks. What many might see as routine is for him the cornerstone of smooth operations.
What drives him most? Clear communication, shared goals, and breaking big targets into smaller, achievable steps.

Nakarin Sathawon
Facilities Team Member
Meanwhile, it is Nakarin who makes sure everything that keeps the lights on, air flowing, and machines running stays in top shape.
“Behind almost every successful project, our team plays an important role, even if it’s not always visible.”
Whether it’s managing contractors or planning factory layouts under tight timelines, he takes pride in watching teams work comfortably and efficiently in a well-prepared environment.
For Nakarin, every challenge is an opportunity, a mindset he encourages in new teammates.

น้ำทิพย์ มูลทิพย์
Supervisor, Fan
Namthip’s role is all about timing and support. She ensures raw materials reach the lines when they’re needed most. Most of her behind-the-scenes work involves sharing knowledge with employees.
“Valuing everyone’s input is the most important factor. When information is shared, the team should discuss and agree on the best approach together. This allows us to build on good ideas, solve problems effectively, and ensure that everyone has a role and the opportunity to participate.”
To her, strength isn’t loud. It’s about education, guidance, and being ready to answer questions others might hesitate to ask. She builds confidence by coaching her teammates and modeling consistent effort, especially in urgent moments.

Nanthawat Tabuppha
Quality Control
With Nanthawat, quality is a collective achievement rather than an individual task.
“My work requires close collaboration with multiple departments, including ME, Production, and IE. Teamwork is essential. We must first have a clear understanding of quality requirements and customer expectations, and then share this information with the team to create common awareness and alignment.”
His goal goes beyond reducing defects. It is about building alignment across teams so that everyone works toward the same standards and expectations. Problems are addressed more effectively when communication is open and teams learn from one another.
As the often-quoted proverb goes: “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.”
