DET VOICE #30 Joyful Reflections, Resilience, Gratitude, and the Spirit of 2025

By DET Corp Comms - Published December 22, 2025

As the year draws to a close, the air carries the crisp promise of the holidays and the nostalgic scent of celebration. Standing on the threshold of 2026, we pause to reflect. For the team at Delta Electronics, 2025 defined itself through "Mission Impossibles" transformed into victories, everyday superheroes who wear safety gear instead of capes, and the resilience to keep smiling through the pressure.

In this special holiday feature, three team members open up about their "soundtracks" of the year, their "Magic Wand" wishes for the workplace, and the personal milestones that defined their journey.

Dancing Through Uncertainty
MISS ANUSA WOENKHUNTHOD EVSBG APE – Production

If Anusa could set 2025 to music, the pop hit “Koisuru Fortune Cookie” would play on repeat. The song serves as a perfect metaphor for production work, a rhythmic dance with the unknown. “We never truly know what the shift holds,” Anusa observes. “Urgent orders and complex errors arrive unannounced; we simply have to find our rhythm.”

The team’s coordination faced its ultimate test during a production bottleneck that appeared insurmountable. Yet, by orchestrating overtime shifts and synchronizing their efforts, they surpassed the target. Anusa attributes this success to her "work superhero," Khun Mai from Support team, whose vigilance ensures no task goes unchecked.

Motivation & The Spirit of Giving While Anusa treasures the care she received during several headache, she finds profound joy in reciprocity, proudly presenting small tokens of appreciation to junior colleagues for their daily dedication.

Beyond workplace support, Anusa finds her deepest motivation in a simple digital image. Her favorite photo of the year is a snapshot of her daughter. “Whether I view it before a shift, during a break, or after logging off, seeing her smile is the fuel that powers my every day,” she says.

Culinary Nostalgia & Future Ambitions For the holidays, Anusa craves the specific comfort of her mother’s cooking. “The menu itself is secondary,” she notes. “The true flavor comes from the family gathered around it.”

Looking ahead, her "Magic Wand" wish targets operational fluidity: “I desire a workflow were obstacles dissolve easily.” On a personal front, she has fixed her gaze on a major milestone for 2026: building the financial foundation to purchase her own home and car.

Triumph, Tribute, and a Mother's Pride
MISS CHAYAPHA SRICHARAT EVSBG APE – SMD/SMT

For Chayapha, the year went beyond mere survival; it was a lesson in mastery. She recounts a massive mid-year order that initially appeared impossible. “It felt like a mountain we couldn't climb,” she admits. However, under her Chief's leadership, the team strategized effectively, rotating breaks to maintain continuous machine operation. Delivering that order on schedule stands as her crowning achievement of 2025.

She shares this victory with Khun Joe, a colleague possessing a "superpower" she dubs the Golden Ear. “He detects machine malfunctions simply by the sound of the hum as he walks past,” she marvels. “That sensory skill has saved us countless times.”

Visualizing Rewards & The Ultimate Gift Gratitude defines Chayapha’s year, manifested in tangible rewards. She cherishes a photo of herself wearing a gold necklace, a year-end gift from her boyfriend acknowledging her tireless effort.

Yet, her deepest pride stems from giving rather than receiving. “Presenting my mother with my first bonus remains my highlight,” she smiles. “Her tears of joy were the only reward I needed.”

Holiday Flavors & A Practical Wish When the festive season arrives, Chayapha journeys home for a labor of love: her mother’s crab dishes. “Knowing I am coming; she digs for the crabs herself. That effort makes the dish taste of home.”

Regarding the workplace, Chayapha offers a practical, human-centric "Magic Wand" wish. “I would transform our break area with better seating. We work tirelessly, and the team deserves to rest with dignity and comfort, rather than sitting on the floor.”

Tested by Fire, Fueled by Ambition
MR. SURIYA KOKAN QE – Quality Engineering

As a newcomer, Suriya characterizes his 2025 with the rock anthem “Wat Jai” (Test of the Heart). “Challenges filled the year,” he asserts. “It served as a true test of spirit, yet we emerged stronger.” His rapid professional evolution owes much to his mentors, Khun Tle and Khun Oh, whom he describes as "repositories of knowledge" capable of resolving any inquiry.

Gifts of Pride & Mental Escapes For Suriya, success holds little value unless shared. His proudest moment was providing for his parents from his own first earnings.

To counterbalance the demands of Quality Engineering, Suriya looks to his phone gallery for a mental escape. His favorite photos are snapshots from past travels. “Work carries immense weight,” he reflects. “Glancing back at those moments of exploration and relaxation recharges my batteries.”

Holiday Vibes & Future Goals Suriya associates the holidays with the scent of nature and the communal warmth of Mookata (Thai BBQ). “Dining on warm grilled pork amidst the cool weather epitomizes relaxation,” he says.

His "Magic Wand" wishes focuses on balance: “I would grant us efficiency that yields leisure finishing work on time to allow the team more restorative breaks.” However, his professional vision for 2026 is ambitious. “I am eagerly anticipating the ISO17025 project. With Delta opening a new laboratory, I look forward to playing a pivotal role in its inception.”
