DET Voice#34 Stories from the Heart of Delta Thailand Employees throughout our journey of Growth
By Delta Thailand HR - Published September 08, 2026
Giving your energy, commitment and heart to one organization for more than a decade is about far more than the passage of time. It is a story of growth, belonging and trust, woven together day by day, with every experience helping shape a better future.
In this issue, we meet the people who have helped build Delta Electronics (Thailand), through the stories of employees whose journeys span from 10 to 35 years. Their experiences reveal how Delta has become more than a workplace. It is a place where people learn, build relationships, support one another and grow alongside the organization.
35 Years of Growing with Delta
Kittisak Ngoenngokngam or Kob
Senior Business Development Director, DGIT | 35 Years of Service
Over the past 35 years, Kittisak has witnessed Delta’s growth in Thailand from its early foundation-building years to its position as a leading company in the country’s electronics industry.
His pride is not measured by the length of time he has spent with the company, but by the opportunity to build teams, support new generations of employees and contribute to Delta’s continued growth. For him, seeing people develop has been one of the clearest signs that every step of the journey has been worthwhile.
“When you build up a team and watch the younger ones grow, and see Delta rise to become the number one electronics company in Thailand. Honestly, that says it all. It proves that working here is the best.”
Another defining chapter came when he was selected to work at Delta Switzerland between 1998 and 2003. The opportunity opened a new perspective on international work and gave him the chance to demonstrate the capabilities of Thai professionals on a global stage.
“Back in 1998, management picked me to go work at Delta Switzerland. Being chosen as a Thai employee for that role was a huge honor. It gave me the chance to show them what Thai talent is truly capable of.”
The experience overseas also changed the way he viewed the world and his own potential.
“Working overseas completely opened my worldview. I learned how people from different cultures operate and it pushed me to grow even further.”
Looking back on the people who have shared the journey, he believes Delta’s achievements have always been built through collective effort.
“I want to thank all the younger colleagues on the team, both directly and indirectly, as well as everyone at the factory. We are a family. We work well as a team, so I want to thank everyone. Thank you.”
That sense of connection explains why Delta is not simply a place of employment, but a second home where he has spent much of his life.
“I would call it a family. I grew up here from a young age and developed a deep connection with this place. I eventually took on a leadership role and spent more time here than I did with my wife and children. It really feels like a big home.”
30 Years of Caring for People Through Every Challenge
Theerata Thongnapeung or Prang
Senior Officer, HR Wellness Center | 30 Years of Service
Over three decades at Delta, the work of supporting employee wellbeing has become much more than a daily responsibility. It has been a journey of learning, growing and standing alongside people through every stage of change.
Looking back, she never expected her career at Delta to reach 30 years.
“I never thought I would stay for 30 years. I was surprised myself.”
Over time, however, Delta brought meaningful changes to her life, from greater confidence and stability to the ability to better support her family.
“Working at Delta completely turned my life around. I could finally take care of my family the way I wanted, buy a house, and get a car. Honestly, Delta changed everything for me.”
One of the most meaningful periods came during the COVID 19 crisis, when caring for employees became especially important.
“During COVID 19, everyone was getting sick. Our responsibility was to care for employees. Many people felt better, and we received feedback from employees thanking us and wishing us good health. I’m proud that we did everything we could.”
Her story shows that a long career is not defined only by the number of years, but by the value created for the people around us.
25 Years of Turning Experience into Expertise
Montri Keawsi or Mee
Senior Software Engineer, R&D | 25 Years of Service
Expertise is built gradually. It comes from guidance, experience and the willingness to keep learning through every assignment.
When he was told that he would receive a 25 year service award, the moment came as a surprise. He had never expected to have stayed with Delta for so long, or to have experienced such meaningful personal growth along the way.
“I became more engaged and had the opportunity to meet colleagues from different countries. When I was told I would receive the 25 year award, I was honestly surprised that I had made it this far. Delta changed my life for the better.”
One of his most memorable experiences was his first business trip to Taiwan. When a work issue dragged into the second day, he stepped in to bring both sides together, sitting them down face-to-face until they worked out a solution.
“On my first trip to Taiwan, the work I was responsible for ran into problems. By the second day, we still had not found a solution, so I contacted my manager and we arranged a meeting call with both sides. It went well and we solved the problem. I was deeply impressed by how colleagues supported one another.”
What began as a difficult situation became a lasting reminder of the power of communication, collaboration and teamwork.
20 Years in a Home That Keeps Teaching Us
Areewan Arakul or Noi
Facility BP5 | Facility | 20 Years of Service
Over time, Delta became a place where confidence grew, new skills were developed and greater stability could be created for life beyond work.
One of the moments that stands out most was the flood, when the strength of teamwork became visible across the department.
“During the floods, everyone put in so much effort. I was impressed by the unity within the department, how everyone stood together and helped one another. We were all part of the mechanism that kept things moving.”
Working across several departments also brought valuable lessons, with Sales becoming one of the most memorable chapters.
“I have worked across several departments, but the one I liked most was Sales. The people there supported me and taught me. I want to thank everyone on the Sales team for helping me become who I am today. It is more than a workplace. It has given me experience, growth and knowledge.”
Delta also created opportunities to develop new skills, including English. The learning experience came with a sense of humor and a distinctly personal motivation.
“Back then, I wasn’t very good at English. Delta gave us the opportunity to study it. I wanted to learn English, not for work, but to flirt with foreign men!”
When reflecting on the people who helped shape the journey, gratitude remains at the center.
“I want to thank Ton Pitijsop for seeing my potential and inviting me to join Facility.”
10 Years of Turning Challenges into Growth
Kaewarin Beawsiri
PMC PSB9 | PMC | 10 Years of Service
Although the journey has lasted 10 years, it has already included some of the most challenging moments in recent history, from COVID 19 and floods to war and material shortages affecting production.
Through these experiences, Delta became a place where confidence grew and everyday work became a continuous source of learning.
“I feel more confident and more outgoing. Delta is like a big school that teaches us every day without us even realizing it.”
The passage of time was not something that was actively counted. It became visible only when younger colleagues began asking about it.
“I honestly never counted how many years I had been here, until younger colleagues started asking, ‘How long have you been here?’”
The difficult moments also demonstrated the strength of collaboration across the organization.
“Every crisis, whether COVID 19, floods, war or material shortages affecting production, meant we had to get the parts in on time. Everyone wanted the work to move forward, and every department came together as a team. It was stressful, but also rewarding, and it added to our experience without us even realizing it.”
Beyond technical experience, Delta also provided the opportunity to learn from people and cultures around the world.
“Delta gives us the opportunity to learn on a worldwide scale. If you are willing to learn, you gain so much in return. Where else can you learn and get paid at the same time?”
Every Year Has Meaning
Across journeys spanning from 10 to 35 years, the stories of these five employees show that service is about more than a number. It is a record of learning, relationships, responsibility and personal growth built one day at a time.
Some have grown alongside the expansion of the organization. Others have developed through the guidance of leaders, the support of colleagues and the challenges they faced together.
Delta has become a workplace, a school for life, a second home and a family built through shared experience.
Behind every achievement are the people who keep moving the organization forward. Every year of service carries a story, and every story has helped shape the Delta of today and tomorrow.
