Embracing Energy, Action, and Sustained Progress
As we step confidently into 2025, we celebrate not only the start of a new year but also the achievements of four incredible colleagues who have been recognized as Outstanding Employees Award. Their dedication, innovation, and resilience embody the spirit of momentum, proving that sustained energy and action lead to meaningful progress. This issue highlights their stories, each filled with lessons on teamwork, perseverance, and the drive to excel.

Mr. Uthai Sueksaenphey
Test Engineer, CDBU CD2
For Uthai, 2025 brings thrilling opportunities to revolutionize workflows through automation. "This year, we’re implementing full automation, removing manual processes entirely," he shares. "It’s a transformative step that will accelerate our operations and set new standards for efficiency." His determination was evident in a past project where he spearheaded a process improvement that doubled testing capacity. "Achieving such milestones reinforces the value of continuous innovation," he says.

To stay motivated, Uthai focuses on self-development and collaboration. "Learning and growing ensure we maintain our momentum," he explains. "And teamwork between TE, PE, QA, and others—enables us to achieve remarkable results, from boosting productivity to minimizing loss time." Uthai’s year-end reflection also keeps him focused: "Every year, I plan for how I can grow further, which fuels my drive to improve."

Looking forward, Uthai emphasizes the importance of empowering others. "Developing skilled individuals in my team ensures success for everyone, creating unparalleled opportunities," he adds.

Mr. Aekkachai Tamyut
MFGT DMI
For Aekkachai, 2025 is a year of growth on both personal and professional fronts. "Becoming a first-time father is the most exciting part of my year," he shares. "I’m learning to support my wife and care for my daughter, growing alongside her every day." At work, Aekkachai is gearing up for the introduction of new products. "This requires preparation, documentation, training, and a focus on communication to ensure smooth execution."

A standout achievement for Aekkachai was implementing a program to motivate employees to arrive early. "By giving incentives for clocking in 15 minutes before work, we’ve reduced downtime and increased output," he explains. "It’s about creating an environment where people feel encouraged to excel."

When it comes to overcoming challenges, Aekkachai’s resilience is fueled by perspective. "Every morning, I remind myself of others who face hardships, and it motivates me to push through for my family," he says. His philosophy for staying focused and determined is encapsulated in his mantra: "Criticism fuels my fire; compliments don’t distract me. Words whether negative or positive become my drive to face challenges head-on."

This powerful mindset helps Aekkachai stay committed to his goals, reminding him to view obstacles as opportunities to learn and grow.

Miss Maneerat Intaprasoet
QA Manager, Plant 2
Maneerat begins 2025 with an exciting career milestone: her promotion to QA Manager. "This new role is both thrilling and challenging," she shares. "It’s a shift from hands-on work to overall management, but I’m ready to guide and support my team." Maneerat attributes her success to teamwork. "Solving problems together, whether within our team or with others, creates momentum and strengthens our resolve," she says.

To maintain energy, Maneerat balances work with self-care. "I unwind by traveling, watching movies, and taking time for myself," she explains. "It helps me reset and return with renewed focus." Her philosophy of resilience is simple but powerful: "Never give up. With the right attitude, any obstacle can be overcome."

For Maneerat, cultural celebrations bring added inspiration. "Whether it’s giving red envelopes during Lunar New Year or honoring elders during Songkran, these traditions bring us closer and inspire fresh starts," she says. Her advice for 2025 is clear: "Work hard but maintain balance. Happiness lies in harmonizing work and life."

Miss Apinya Samart
Production Improvement Team, Plant 2
For Apinya, 2025 is a year of embracing change and continuous preparation. "Every year brings new challenges, and I stay ready by remaining open to growth," she shares. Apinya’s focus on collaboration shines through the Production Line Ranking program. "This initiative engages everyone, celebrates their efforts, and motivates the team to achieve even greater results," she explains.

Apinya recharges through her hobbies, which include baking, singing, and finding moments of peace. "These activities help me reset and maintain my motivation," she says. Her outlook is grounded in positivity and purpose. "Living with hope and clear goals keeps me energized to achieve more," she shares.

Festive occasions hold a special place in Apinya’s heart. "Celebrations like Lunar New Year or Songkran strengthen bonds and remind us of the relationships that enrich our lives," she says. Her advice for the year ahead is to cultivate gratitude and kindness: "Be content with what you have and treat others with compassion. Happiness grows when we share it together."
