Behind every screen, machine, and workspace at Delta Thailand glows a quiet light, not electric, but human. It shines in the people who rise, adapt, and lift others through their strength, kindness, and curiosity.
This month, we share the stories of three such lights Mr Samart Jinmanee (IT), Mr Tevin Chanasukkittisakul (CBC), and Mr Phakphaphas Sunthararuk (JT6 MC) each burning with a unique brilliance that together creates the heart of Delta.

Mr Samart Jinmanee– The Phoenix Engineer
“From every flame, I rise stronger.”
For Samart Jinmanee, known among colleagues as Ajarn Smart, light wasn’t something he always had, it was something he built, spark by spark. His story begins with a bold change: a leap from the world of graphic design into the technical realm of IT. Suddenly, he found himself surrounded by new systems, new languages, and new expectations.
At first, he admits, the light was dim. “Almost no power,” he laughs. However, through perseverance and discipline, he began to shape strength out of struggle. Over ten years, he has never missed a day, never been late, and never lost his drive to improve. Among his teammates, he’s known as the dependable one, the person everyone can count on when things get tough.
Reliability, for Ajarn Smart, comes from more than routine, it comes from heart. He recalls one night when an urgent project seemed impossible to finish. Time was running out, pressure was high, yet his teammates stood by him, working shoulder to shoulder until the job was done. For him, that night wasn’t about beating the clock it was about witnessing how true teamwork can light up even the hardest moments.
Then came another test: promotion. With new responsibilities came communication with Delta Taiwan and the need to use English daily. It was intimidating, but he didn’t back down. Bit by bit, word by word, he grew more confident until he discovered something that surprised even himself: courage isn’t loud, it’s patient.
“I want to be a symbol of forgiveness because in any workplace, we all come from different worlds. Finding common ground is how we move forward together.”
Outside the office, he recharges through movement exercising to clear his head and steady his focus. And even in problem-solving, he’s all about motion. He once transformed his team’s workflow by shifting from individual tasks to a shared, step-by-step process. The result? Projects completed nearly 50% faster and a stronger sense of unity across the team.
For Ajarn Smart, every obstacle is like a wall that stands between him and the light. But walls, he says, are meant to be broken. He calls it the light of opportunity: when challenges rise up, you don’t wait for someone to move them you push through yourself. “If you work hard enough,” he says, “the light will find you.”
And as those light shines on him now, he wants to pass it on. To long-time colleagues, he offers the light of acceptance the ability to embrace change and connect with the new generation. To younger teammates, he passes the light of courage to question, to improve, and to build something even better than before.
If his inner light had a symbol, it would be the phoenix reborn again and again through passion and endurance. Every challenge burns away what’s old, revealing something stronger, brighter, and entirely new.

Mr Tevin Chanasukkittisakul – The Warrior of Smiles
“Smile is my superpower.”
In every story, there’s a hero whose power is gentle but unstoppable that’s Tevin. His superpower isn’t speed or strength; it’s his smile. It’s the kind that travels faster than words, softens hard days, and reminds everyone that joy can live even in the busiest production line.
To Tevin, work isn’t just about tasks or targetsม it’s about energy. He believes that when people start the day by exchanging smiles, the factory hums with rhythm. Problems don’t feel heavy when everyone’s in it together.
He recalls one particularly hectic day: the production line was running at full speed when suddenly, a missing part threatened to stop everything. Instead of frustration, the air filled with teamwork. Everyone joined in, searching together until they found the missing piece. That moment, he says, “wasn’t just about fixing a problem, it was about proving that kindness and teamwork could outshine chaos.”
But Tevin’s story isn’t all light. Like every warrior, he’s faced storms. During one of the hardest times in his life, a simple sentence from a trusted colleague changed everything: “Whatever happens, I’m here.” That promise became an anchor, proof that sometimes, strength doesn’t roar; it whispers.
“Warmth and safety that’s the light I want to give to everyone who comes to me,” That light follows him home. Music is his sanctuary after long days, he opens his social media application, invites friends and colleagues, and simply lets go. The voices may be off-key, but the laughter is always in tune. “It’s not about sounding good,” he says, “it’s about feeling free.”
When new faces join his team, Tevin’s kindness becomes his leadership style. He once noticed a shy newcomer who barely spoke. Instead of forcing conversation, he planned something unexpected, a pool villa trip for the whole team. The laughter, the shared meals, the easy conversations broke the ice completely. By the time they returned, the quietest person had become the loudest voice in the room.
That’s Tevin’s kind of magic helping others find their own light. If he had to visualize his inner power, he chooses a seven-colored diamond shield, unbreakable, brilliant, and beautiful in its resilience. For him, patience and positivity are not soft skills, they are armor.
In a world of machinery and precision, Tevin reminds us that the most powerful force is still the human heart, glowing quietly behind every smile.

Mr Phakphaphas Sunthararuk – The Mirror Knight
“I am the mirror; I reflect what you bring.”
If Tevin’s smile lights the way, then Phakphat’s clarity keeps the path true. Calm, confident, and endlessly curious, he is the kind of leader who listens first, speaks wisely, and acts decisively.
His power, as he puts it, is reflection, the ability to meet others as they are and respond with understanding, logic, and fairness. In his world, every action is a reflection of intention. “If you come with reason, I return reason. If you come with respect, I reflect it back. That’s how I work.”
However, his calm didn’t come overnight. Phakphat started young at Delta, facing heavy personal challenges. There were days when he felt life pressing down too hard, until he realized something that changed everything: problems don’t exist to weigh you down; they exist to make you stronger.
“Problems are meant to be solved, not to worry over. Every problem has an exit and if not, I’ll make one right where I entered.”
That fighting spirit became his mantra. In his role in procurement, Phakphat doesn’t just manage processes, he owns them. When vendors claim materials can’t be found, he doesn’t sit behind a desk waiting. He goes out to check the truth himself. His motto: see it, solve it, move on.
That proactive drive has earned him respect across teams. But he balances determination with empathy because for him, leadership isn’t about control; it’s about reflection and awareness.
Outside work, Phakphat’s favorite outlet is the badminton court. Twice a week, he meets friends from different departments to play, laugh, and connect. The game is more than sport, it’s balance, release, and friendship in motion.
The symbol of his light the mirror, captures his entire philosophy. It reflects not perfection, but honesty. It reminds him that every encounter, whether difficult or easy, reveals something about both sides.
After 18 years at Delta, Phakphat remains a lifelong learner. He believes in staying open, curious, and adaptive because in a world where technology evolves daily, the greatest innovation still lies in the human ability to grow. He doesn’t chase the spotlight. His light is quieter, the kind that steadies a team, solves problems, and inspires trust through calm consistency.
The Delta Glow
Samart’s flame, Tevin’s smile, and Phakphaphas’s reflection, three distinct lights that together form the heart of Delta Thailand.
Each of them teaches us something essential:
resilience keeps the fire alive, kindness fuels connection, and self-awareness brings clarity. Different powers. One shared purpose.
They shine brightly for Delta and for everyone lucky enough to work beside them. Because at Delta Thailand, light isn’t something we carry, it’s something we become.
