Delta Thailand Recognised as a Top Employer of Choice

Delta Electronics Thailand has achieved an important milestone by being recognised for the first time as one of the Top 55 Most Attractive Companies to Work For in Thailand, according to the QGEN Thailand Most Attractive Companies (QMAC) 2026 ranking. Delta secured 47th place nationwide, marking a significant step in strengthening its employer brand in Thailand.
The QMAC ranking, conducted by QGEN Consultant, is based on over 5,000 valid responses from individuals aged 20 to 40 across Thailand, including university students, fresh graduates, job seekers, and working professionals. Participants named three companies they most wanted to work for through open-ended responses, with rankings determined purely by frequency of mentions. This makes the recognition a strong reflection of real market perception and employer attractiveness.
Delta’s inclusion highlights its continued focus on building a future-ready, people-centric workplace. A key pillar of this effort is the Delta Talent & Innovation Ecosystem, a long-term university-industry collaboration framework that supports cooperative education, internships, and joint research projects. Through these initiatives, students and early-career talents gain hands-on exposure to real industrial and business challenges, while helping strengthen Thailand’s long-term talent pipeline.
Complementing this is Delta’s Management Associate Program, designed to prepare high-potential graduates for future leadership roles through structured rotations, experiential learning, and mentorship from senior leaders.
Delta’s people strategy has also earned regional recognition. In 2025, the company received multiple honors at the HR Excellence Awards Thailand, including Gold for HR Retention Strategy, Silver for HR Total Rewards Strategy, and an award for HR Communication Strategy.
