Delta Thailand Presents 2022 6S Awards

Delta Thailand Training and Production held the 2022 6S Awards at DET Plant 5 to recognize employees for outstanding performance in the 6S workplace organization methodology:
- Sort (Seiri整理),
- Set in place (Seiton整頓)
- Shine (Seiso清掃)
- Standardize (Seiketsu清潔)
- Sustain (Shitsuke躾)
- Safety (added to the original 5S)
In 2021, DET training launched the 6S competition program at DET plants to help reduce quality and safety issues in the workplace. Groups for the Production, Warehouse and SMT areas received training in the 6S standard and 6S auditors at each plant conducted monthly on-site audits for scoring by HR.
DET 2022 6S Award prizes were as follows:
